We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and that friendly atmosphere continued throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent - especially the shower. We ate at the hotel for both evenings during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our food. We were out too early for breakfast but Will very kindly offered us a packed picnic which was prepared and ready for when we left in the morning. The second morning we had a full english breakfast which was exceptional. Would we stay at this hotel again - most definitely, yes!!

Greeted by very friendly helpful staff. Lovely peaceful location Very clean throughout Room was immaculate Had an evening meal during my stay and the food was fresh, tasty and served with a smile. I had to leave next morning at 05:30 so they prepared me a breakfast bag to take with me, really went above and beyond.

A good central location in Snaith with good adjacent parking. The room was well appointed but modest in size. The bed was comfortable but there was little wardrobe space in the bedroom. The pub itself was warm, welcoming, spacious and the local Best Bitter was a definite 10/10. The food was basic pub fayre and fine for that, but no more. Breakfast was cooked. We were not offered any cereals/fruit option.

There were no specific dislikes. We were advised the proprietors had only very recently taken over the Brewers and there was a feeling there was the potential for them to up their game in the way they present themselves to customers and deliver the offer. Compared to some of the alternative options the price seemed a little full for what you got.

Excellent breakfast, good beer, good location,good staff.

Not sure it was worth the £100 I paid (£90 for a single room + £10 breakfast). Small room, No top sheet on the beds, Wonky toilet set, TV didn't work. Having said all this, the new landlords are trying hard, so I expect they will get these issues under control.

Booked for my son and his wife for one night who were attending a family wedding at nearby Carlton Towers. They had a great stay in a very comfortable room with a well cooked breakfast the next morning. They would definitely stay again if they were in the area.

Traditional looking pub . Not many around now .Comfortable atmosphere. We stayed on a Sunday which was fairly quiet which added to the atmosphere. Friendly staff and customers.

Slightly dissapointed with breakfast . We have stayed before which was a lovely full English . This time wasn't a full English key food's missing .

Property was nice clean lots of quirky little spots throughout the pub

The only thing I can say about the property That is a whinge is bigger bath towel and better sausages for breakfast, but overall what a fantastic place

Location spot on, room very big and bed comfortable and clean.

Sofa bed wasn’t made up as asked when booked and also asked again when we arrived but got back to our room and it still wasn’t made up, obviously too late to ask when we got back.

Keith and Claire were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. It was our wedding anniversary and our daughters birthday, we gave our daughter the bigger room, Keith and Claire upgraded our room as they had availability, absolutely lovely gesture. They interacted with us throughout our stay making us feel like friends. Our daughter wanted her nose pierced and Claire recommended a place in York to us. Food portions were more than generous and value for money. If you want the best pint of birra morreti you have had in your life this is the place to be.

The staff were fantastic they were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was immaculate and really made our stay special. The food was delicious and there was loads of it.
