Easy walking distance to emporium. Lots of other emporium visitors at the hotel. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels supplied. Good supply of tea and coffee in the room. Easy access to and from room via back door.

No plug near the kettle station so had to plug kettle in next to bed. Furniture very tatty and worn. Base of beds were grim, wardrobe felt unsteady, took ages for warm water to come through. Very noisy (didn't bother us as we were going to the same rave as the other noisy guests, but if you weren't raving with them it wouldn't have been a pleasant stay). Price was a bit steep considering the quality of the furnishings and overall facilities.

Fantastic location for attending The Emporium as it’s less than a ten minute walk away. Lively bar downstairs with great staff and friendly locals (we even had one of the locals come to club with us and we’d only spoken to him for ten minutes). Our room was spacious, clean and we didn’t hear a peep from the other occupants. Overall, a great stay and good value for money. Cheers HH Hotel, we’ll see you in October 😃

Tap water was freezing and didn’t heat up for some reason, but I didn’t have the energy to deal with it at the time and therefore didn’t raise it with the staff.

Stayed at this hotel for a night out at the Emporium. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and it has a good bar aswell with decent music and a pool table. Close to nearby town (5-6 minutes walk) and the facilities, hotel room were clean and fine. Would visit again in the future. Parking spaces are also available for guests behind the hotel for no extra cost or charge either which was ideal.

The staff member who checked us in was super helpful, she even popped down and put the heating on for us before our arrival because the temperature had dropped. The room was exactly as shown and was clean, comfortable and perfect for our needs. We didn't hear anything from the restaurant/bar and we stayed on a Saturday night.

We had no problems with our stay

A great little hotel in Coalville, ideal for my work. They have a bar downstairs and there's a chippy across the road. The room was immaculate with all of the essentials. The rooms are not as large as Travelodge or Premier Inn but a room is a room, and at least they provide a wardrobe rather than a hanging space. The en-suite far exceeded anything you would get with Travelodge or Premier Inn. It was spotless with a large shower, ample towels and spare tolet rolls.

we were in the triple room last minute booking. only one available. quite expensive when no breakfast included. beds were comfortable ensuite lovely. only complaint about room is no table and chairs and no hairdryer.

The property was easy to locate and the check in was very efficient and friendly. The receptionist showed me to the room and explained how to access the hotel when the front doors were closed. The room was spacious and clean . The bathroom was quite small however the shower was great with plenty hot water. There was no meals available but there are options close to the hotel.

Only point a chair in the room would have been nice instead of having to sit on the bed all of the time.

looked like it had been recently refurbished, spotlessly clean, and a comfortable peaceful night sleep was had. we would highly recommend staying at the halfway hotel! also excellent customer service, we lost our key and didn’t realise until returning to the hotel at 12:15 AM but despite not having any on site staff during the night the owner of the hotel, who I’m sure I woke up with my phone call was really helpful and sent some one to us with a spare key within 20 minutes! we would definately return here! great value too!

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, very clean room, friendly staff, has a nice bar and plentiful parking

I had a problem with the shower, either very hot or cold. My friends didn't have a problem with it, maybe because I used it last?

The personel is very accommodating and the room is very clean.

About the light bulb in the head bord is not working, I think its busted
