The breakfast, chamber, and repose were truly exceptional—an exquisite experience overall, as every aspect of the beeches locale exudes absolute magnificence. The cuisine is sublime, meticulously prepared and presented to the highest standards, delighting the palate. The bed afforded supreme comfort, ensuring a restorative slumber. The accommodation itself was impeccably maintained, pristine, and perfectly suited to your needs.Need i say any more top draw will be staying again .

We found ourselves unable to identify any grounds for complaint, which is indeed a rarity in contemporary times, given that issues such as cleanliness and dust accumulation—particularly on artificial flora within the chambers and telephone in the rooms—are commonplace. However, every aspect was immaculate and invigoratingly pristine. I would unequivocally award a perfect score of 10/10 to the entire staff at The Beeches; their exemplary teamwork and dedication are nothing short of extraordinary. You possess an unequivocal aptitude of the highest caliber—my best wishes for continued success in your future endeavors in the stewardship of your esteemed establishment.

Room 2 was of a very agreeable standard. Nice modern furnishings and comfortable bed. The addition of a sofa was welcome. Quiet, although we could hear the fan extractor from the kitchen below...and it stayed on all night. Very good supply of tea, coffee etc and even cutlery outside the room for folk to use. Bus stop in both directions connecting to and from the airport and on to Burton-upon-Trent. Also bus service to Leicester. The bus stops are 1 minute's walk away. Small coop next door plus cafe.

Really nice place in a great location. Staff were super friendly. The room was small but cosy and very clean. The continental breakfast delivered to the door was a nice surprise

I stayed on possibly the hottest day of the year and the room was unbearably hot. A fan would’ve been a welcome addition! Not really a negative, but something I found quite amusing – the toilet in my room was up on a step. I'm not the tallest person in the world, so it felt a bit like toddler toilet training 😆

Very smart pub with rooms, very friendly staff, great food served promptly despite it being busy. Cooked breakfast the next morning was an unexpected extra. Bedrooms were outside then up steep stairs, nicely fitted, doubled bed clean linen, towels soap and shampoo for 2, big TV, kettle tea and coffee. Modern shower room with a step up walk-in shower. Free parking and shops nearby if you'd forgotten anything. 15 minute walk into ADLZ centre.

For £75 bed and breakfast free parking and a smashing pub on site - it was 10 out of 10

The location , close to Ashby Town centre. Easy access and plenty of parking. Clean and comfy room with good facilities. The staff were very helpful.

Location of room 5 is next to some refrigerated container unit outside that is noisy all the night through. The toilet in the onsuit bathroom dripped all night through, quiet annoying when trying to sleep. No air-conditioning in the room.

This was an unexpected surprise, lovely little bandb around the back of a beautiful pub with nice food.

Only downside was the walls were very thin and so you could hear next door and down the hall chattering away - think this was only a problem however as our neighbours came in at 5am and began thier chattering so don’t be put off by this!

Good spacious room and good size bathroom and shower. Tea & coffee provided in the room & a full English breakfast.

First night a cooler in the cellar kept us awake. The manger turn it off for us and we had a better second night. Walks are quite thin and hear next door bathroom fan & TV and the bed wasn't amazing.

This place is ideally located for exploring this area, the rooms are clean and adequate for a sort stay.The bar sells good wholesome pub grub with a great menu, would certainly stay here again if visiting

No breakfast available during the week (only weekends) however great little cafe about 30m away next to co-op next door

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Not only really friendly but extremely helpful and proactively swapped our twin room when they realised a double was more appropriate. The food was really delicious. We had a number of starters/light bites before heading out as well as breakfast and all was yummy. They even accommodated my adult son’s strange request to have 4 fried eggs on toast for breakfast bless them.
