Hot water could have been hotter for shower Barking dogs from nearby kennel in morning though could keep noise out by closing window. Couldn’t find a way to access Amazon prime or Netflix although that could be my fault as didn’t ask staff Couldn’t find a way to change room temperature

The staff were so friendly,attentive and accommodating. The hotel was very spacious. Clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting family and friends. Breakfast was lovely and very well laid out and presented. The room was warm cosy and clean. We had our small dog with us and didn't expect such a lovely cosy room so we were pleasantly surprised and happy

Just a couple in the car park who totally disrespected the rules by allowing their 3 dogs to mess in the grounds without picking it up. My husband complained and the staff were well aware and confronted the owner of the dog. So well done to them.

Recent visit to Tamworth for Statfold Country Park 40s event. Usually stay at Premier but this came up with a good price so we plumped for this. So glad we did. We arrived to leave the car early and went in to reception. Met by friendly staff and a great marketing ploy, the reception is at the bar. What an idea! Informed we were fine to leave the car and check in later. Checked in around 5pm. Seamless check-in, friendly staff, good fun. Room was beautiful, very comfy. Everything you needed. After visiting family we arrived back at the hotel for our evening meal. Very reasonable price, didn't have to wait too long. Food was piping hot and gorgeous from soup to fish and chips to burgers. Couldn't fault any of it. Added breakfast on when we arrived. Sunday morning was buffet breakfast. Cereals, pastries, meats and full English available. Teas, coffees and fruit juices. Once again beautiful food. We will definitely be back.

2 night stay without meals. Typical chain hotel room; perfectly good for a short stay. Room size good but not huge. Clean and decor in good fettle. No issues for the price (I did get a good 'Genius' discount). Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Excellent communal lounge (restaurant & big lobby-lounge not used). Situated just off Motorway with major roads in for all directions. Not a 'holiday/tourist' location but with transport easy to get to interesting places.

All good, for expectations

All the staff,cleaners and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily to high standard. The buffet breakfast was perfect to start our busy day. The location for us was perfect to visit family and friends. The hotel has an overall lovely atmosphere. We have stayed here before and will definitely return.

We were in room 142 and I was woken at 4am by what sounded like a multiple of very large dogs barking. It was very hot and our window was open.Apparently there are kennels nearby so it couldn't be helped.

The room was surprisingly spacious, and lovely and clean. We had no trouble checking in and we had ordered early check-in too. Staff were super friendly and courteous at all times, everyone seemed to be really happy there. We didn't use the shower so can't comment on that, but were pleasantly surprised to find the room had a bath tub. Good temperature in the room, easy to navigate, ample parking. Breakfast was decent and kept us going for most of the day. Overall, really pleased with our stay!

It is really hard to fault our stay, but the only things that we felt we missed were that there were no biscuits with the complementary tea and coffee in the room, and there are no electric car charging stations at the hotel. That being said, there are some Instavolt chargers just around the corner at McDonald's. The soap is also quite harsh, so for sensitive skin users it may be better to bring your own soaps.

The staff were all really friendly and happy to help. They arranged early check in for us and then there was an issue with the restaurant and a staff member really kindly offered to make sandwiches and chips if we needed to eat. They also pointed us in the direction of the local McDonalds (which is really conveniently close by), for if we needed more food. The staff were a lovely team. The room was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and I loved that you could personalise the cooked breakfast items. A really good stay - thank you

I don't have any criticisms for our stay. It would have been nice if the restaurant were open in the evening, but I think this was due to unforeseen circumstances and not a regular occurrence. The staff were very apologetic for the situation and happy to help.

Lovely hotel, presented well from moment you enter, staff super friendly, room nice and clean with modern facilities, iron, hairdryer all available in the room. Free upgrade for birthday stay, which was a lovely surprise. Evening meal was delicious. Bed was comfortable and pillows where nice and plump. Good value for money, especially considering we stayed during crufts weekend and other hotels where charging outrageous prices! Overall a great stay and would most definitely rebook when next in the area!

Was a bit warm in the room through the night, was ground floor so didn’t want to leave window open (didn’t request a fan, so this may of been a possibility) Can hear people above you moving around slightly, imagine it would be a bit of a pain if those above you were late coming back.

The breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast was cooked to order our first morning which was much nicer as it was hot. The second morning it was all buffet style. We also had dinner our first evening and that was tasty and a good price. The room was comfortable, had everything we needed. Bed was also comfortable.

The room was very warm and there was no air con. A fan was provided but I am sure people would prefer to pay a little bit more to cover the cost of installing air con, especially in the summer months.

The staff where very helpful and really understanding for my dog. Which made him feel very comfortable and we both felt very welcome. Booked to stay again later in the year. The staff are all so friendly it's really makes your stay.

The 1st 2 days the kennels across the road with 24 hour barking of 10/15 stressed dogs we could here in our room and it wasn't nice. But staff were lovely about it.
