Perfect location for Snetterton circuit. East parking and check in. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful, very welcoming. They supplied a very nice cold breakfast to my room for a small additional charge as I was leaving early. The room was beautifully decorated with an original fireplace and the bed was very comfortable.

It was a hot day and being at the top of the property the room was very warm. The fan supplied gave very little airflow and was noisy. Very small detail but had to sleep with windows open so some traffic noise although it didn’t stop me sleeping!

The room was excellent, luxurious and clean and fresh. The bath in particular was brilliant! Biggest bath I’ve ever been in. The staff member who greeted me was warm and friendly and there was an excellent four legged staff member who was very enthusiastic about their role!

Only complaint is that the pillows lacked support. I’ll stay again definitely, but I’ll bring my own pillow. I know a lot of us do that anyway.

The whole experience sadly let down by morning staff using foul language which we were able to overhear from the stairwell. Thankfully we are seasoned adults and no children appeared to be in earshot. No one on front desk or ‘around’ in the morning to return keys to. ( possibly our bad timing)

Megan and Pauline work very hard to provide a comfortable, welcoming and restful hotel. Lovely cooked breakfast. It has more of the feel of a guest house, perhaps a beautiful 18th century guest house! Thank you for looking after us so well.

Room 13 is close to the road, so a little noisy at times with the window open. The double sofa covered the fieplace in that room, it would be nice to have two single smaller chairs. But minor issues!

More than I expected. There was a settee, chair and table. Loads of storage for clothes , iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The bathroom had separate bath and shower and loads of toiletries.

Don't think there was anything I didn't like.

This was my second stay and I feel it’s great value for money. The rooms are lovely and the locale is perfect.

We might have done the breakfast one morning if it didn’t end quite so early. We were on holiday and therefore enjoying later mornings.

Beautiful, spacious room equipped with everything you could need for a restful stay. Hotel is Situated in it's own grounds close to the town and all it's facilities. Especially good for us as we were attending a charity Peaky Blinders themed event at Attleborough Town Football Club so meant we could walk there and back without needing to book a taxi. Breakfast was available but we were meeting friends elsewhere in town for breakfast so can't comment on that, although I'm sure it would have been excellent too.

Lovely place to stay and the lady on reception was very kind and helpful. I accidentally left something in my room when I checked out and was very grateful that they then posted it to my home address - thank you! :)

Would be nice to have an option for dinner/breakfast in the hotel but not a big deal.

Lovely, friendly, helpful host. Beautiful decor. Very homely but also luxurious, in the style of a country manor. Peaceful setting. Could’ve stayed much longer.

The room was very clean and tidy and provided me with everything I needed for my stay. The bedding was clean and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and washing facilities were extremely clean. Very enjoyable stay.
