The accommodation was not a disappointment, quite spacious, very well thought through and presented in an annex within a garden setting. A pleasant outside dining space with garden and views to fields. Independent access ensured we could come & go with little disturbance. A compact kitchenette was most welcome for breakfast & drink preparation and generous continental breakfast options were provided with microwave, toaster and basic utensils for convenience. The hosts were very welcoming and relaxed with having guests around.

Perfect location, for weekend at Snetterton. Cottage was great - good size & very clean. Peter was a excellent host, nothing too much trouble. Breakfast cereals available, along with Milk, Bread, Butter, Orange Juice - all that was needed for a good breakfast each morning. Highly recommended; would stay again.

Totally self contained, a home from home and ideal for coming and going at odd times during a 24 hour race weekend. I had more than enough continental breakfast left, with kettle microwave and toaster all in good condition. The bathroom had the biggest shower I've ever seen and everything was spotless. I shall be back next year!

The property was in a rural area. It was very peaceful and relaxing, with nature abound. The cottage was spacious, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Surrounded by fields with horses to pat over the back fence, quiet with a pretty garden. Plenty of room inside. Close to Norwich and not too far from RSPB bird sanctuaries.

Spacious, well equipped, clean, warm. Excellent bathroom. Ideal kitchenette and good breakfast. Friendly, helpful owners. Good parking. Near to nice village. Also good for visiting family.

Liked the idea that breakfast items were in the property so could eat when we wanted. Property was ideal for what we required in the area.

Great location, just 5 minutes from Snetterton Circuit. Fabulous self contained mini-cottage. DIY breakfast was great for early starts. Great to relax in your own space at the end of the day. Great pub 2 minutes up the road.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs, a large space with beds and sofas plus a beautiful view from the french doors. Massive bathroom with luxury shower. Everything provided for our stay, including a good variety of breakfast items. Having the kitchen was the main reason for booking this accommodation, we were not disappointed. Our host was fantastic, very helpful.

My only problem was that the beds seemed quite narrow - maybe I'm just not used to a single though!
