Really enjoyed our stay, great location if you want to explore with devils pulpit and many other sights nearby. Easy to get to. Our room was lovely clean and great facilities giving us all we needed. Outdoor fire pit/bbq as well which we enjoyed. Lovely animals on sight also who are clearly very well cared for. Will definitely be back this really exceeded our expectations. Bath was amazing my partner really enjoyed thi.ls. Communication with Madeline was really easy and made our stay seamless. 10/10 highly recommended.

My husband and i were looking for somewhere to go to relax and unwind. Loved how private it was. The interior was just perfect and the little area outside the lodge had everything we needed. Loved the goats. So cute and i got up close to a highland cow which was amazing. Perfect place to recharge your batteries. Would highly recommend this little gem of a place 😃

There was absolutely nothing i disliked about this place.

1 - It was the only few hotels that provided cotton buds, which shows attention to detail. 2 - The bathroom was very spacey. 3 - The heaters worked well. 4 - I loved that it was close to the farm and we can be close to farm animals. 5 - Although this was a lodge, it was definitely a premium lodge, with all the right modern tech and super comfortable. 6 - The kitchen was nice. 7 - The bed was very comfortable.

Lovely location, clean and had just about everything we needed. The mood lighting and lighting in general was lovely and was really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and cosy. The ambience in general was lovely and cosy. Being dog friendly is a real plus point for us too.

Having an oven glove would be a good addition. The bathroom was quite cold because of the high ceiling which can't be helped so we put the heated towel rail on for a while before having a shower.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax and it gave a really cosy and chilled vibe, especially with the mood lighting and fireplace. The bed was super comfortable and with the blackout curtains, we both had great sleeps! It was a super clear night when we had our stay and we were both shocked at the amount of stars you could see, it was amazing!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The property host went above and beyond in recognising I had booked this as a birthday stay for my friend and decorating the lodge with balloons and a banner. This was such a kind touch, and saved me the job since I had brought decorations to do the same myself! There were robes for us to relax in, and the setting was just absolute perfect for that. Could not fault it and have had so many people asking about it having seen pictures!

Absoloutly fantastic place, beautiful, clean. Actually couldn't fault it. The bed is a dream and the chickens and cows outside are fantastic. Lovely little spot for a bbq and an unwind. Definitely will be back. Loved it. Thank you!

That i only stayed the one night. Id recommend two, minimum. If their had been availability for the two nights I would have.

By far my favourite place I have ever stayed in Scotland!!! The chickens, cows and rams at the bottom of the garden were adorable with absolutely no noise. Sitting out in the porch and listening to the rain was so relaxing and even better when we got to use the outdoor furniture and fire pit when the sun appeared! Everything was very clean and comfortable - especially the bed! Decor was so cute and quirky and Madeleine was so accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had a fab stay - would come back in a heart beat!

Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect!

It was very quiet and relaxing the room was very clean and the small touches were lovely such as the makeup pads and moisturiser in the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable.

The stay was great and we really enjoyed it we have nothing negative to add however if we needed to choose anything to comment on for future improvements ideas for the owners it would be that the stay would have been perfect with a hot tub added however this wasn’t something we were looking for when we booked and it did not affect our stay that one was not there.

Everything was perfect, the host was great from first contact, to putting up balloons and banners for my 40th to a lovely message after we left. The accommodation was top notch beautiful and just what we needed. Beautiful location, friendly neighbours (cows) Very clean, smelled fresh, all you need is there love the swing seat outside with the patio set and bbq.
