Our room was spacious and very clean, with a well sized bathroom and a comfy bed. Being upstairs from a cosy & friendly bar/ restaurant was a bonus. The help yourself at any time breakfast room was nice. There is plenty of car parking. Yorkshire tea. Big telly with Netflix. The restaurant lived up to my low expectations. We would definitely stay again.
We arrived on a cold, blustery and rainy day and found our room was cold despite the heating being on, I assume it had not been on long enough beforehand ? The rooms are accessed through a staff only door from the bar, up narrow stairs and via a draughty ( windy ! ) corridor; a bit awkward and uncomfortable. ( I assume the external door is going to get fixed soon ? ) The 2 bedside lamps were although nice to look at are not easy to use and take up too much room on the bedside tables. Cups instead of mugs and a tiny kettle thing. Lack of practical furniture, chairs, table and place to put things. Over-cooked tooth challenging bacon; eugh !

I found a convenient space in the car park on my arrival - a busy Friday late afternoon when the bar was full of happy people. I was treated extremely well throughout my stay by friendly and helpful members of staff. They were all 'naturals' in true hospitality. My room was spacious and very well appointed. Dinner was very good and so was breakfast. Later on Friday evening I went down to the bar. There were a small number of friendly local people in. Being a gregarious person I was included in conversation straight away and for the whole time before retiring to bed. Overall a superbly good choice of where to stay for me. Thank you again to all the members of staff!
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Warm welcome from Staff Member Lee. Beautiful clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast a combination of hot food as ordered the night before plus help yourself set up to yogurts, fruit, toast, cereal bars, cereal, teas coffees etc- no issues whatsoever with this. We enjoyed the lovely warm atmosphere in the bar area with friendly locals- pub appears to be a real asset and important part of the village
Toilet constantly running and cistern refilling ( noticed during the night) and sink plug in bathroom blocked- both reported to staff so hopefully will be rectified- they took note

This was a little treat for myself and I was not disappointed. A beautiful country style pub with exceptionally friendly staff. The bedroom itself was magnificent with a large bed and seating area. The on-suite had a fantastic walk in shower. The room was warm and inviting and I loved the exposed beam features. Breakfast was served fresh in the separate kitchen and was delicious. I can also highly recommend the evening meals. Mine was fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend The Busfeild Arms and look forward to returning.

I stayed at the Busfeild Arms with my bridal party the night before my wedding which was at a venue close by. We had the most wonderful stay. Donna greeted me on my arrival and showed me round the rooms upstairs. All the rooms were so beautiful and have everything we could have needed. We had food downstairs on the evening and everything was so tasty. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the beds were so comfortable. This was such a great place for getting ready with ample amount of space. Thank you for having us!

The room was very clean and well decorated, and the bathroom had a full tub and shower along with free toiletries. The breakfast was complimentary and very tasty! For a one night stay, it was just what I was looking for and very reasonably priced.
Leaving the window open to cool down the room (the radiators had been turned up to max) left me a little nervous at night, and the bath taps weren't very powerful -- but these were minor issues overall.

We had one night here (Saturday) The room was huge with a really comfy big bed, the room had everything you needed. A nice bathroom with a rainfall shower. We met friends in the pub restaurant for dinner, it was really busy, but the young staff looked after us very well. I would highly recommend eating here if you're staying, the food was very good and not too expensive. You ordered your breakfast the night before, i had a full English that was very tasty and well prepared.

Room was absolutely beautiful. Large, tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Clean and so spacious. All little extras and luxurious.Excellent. We left early so no cooked breakfast but adequate continental breakfast. Dining room upstairs separate from the main dining area downstairs. Plenty of cereal, fruit, cereal bars and toast. Really enjoyed it . Very surprised as it was above a pub, but it was quiet, warm and worth a stay. Would highly recommend.
Initially when walking into a busy pub, was not impressed. Obviously very popular in Keighley. Can’t believe the luxury in the our room though.

Great stay - loved the room and the "open kitchen" kitchen shared between the 3 rooms for coffee / snacks etc prior to hot breakfast being served. Those of us staying were 3 of a party of 12 who had dinner together for a family celebration of my mothers life. My mum liked the pub and was a regular visitor (with her horse!) over some 20 years - and while time has passed, the pub is still spot on! The whole stay and dinner was excellent - and the food really was top class pub fare!
We didn't notice anything.

The room was lovely and in a nice location with East Riddlesden Hall just five minutes away. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
Quite a loud, busy pub on a Saturday night. This isn't 'bad' as such, obviously it's great that the pub has lots of trade, it's just we were hoping for a quiet break and I hadn't realised (I didn't see anything on previous reviews) that karaoke would be on until midnight. I'm just putting this on here so other people can have a heads up before booking.
