Loved style of hotel and loved the features. Very comfortable stay with friends explored the area for food went to Indian restaurant sizzling lounge very good 👍
I was very disappointed with the continental breakfast very limited choice on bread very basic cereals no marmalade very limited choice on cold meats n crackers . Orange juice tasted watered down . I still felt hungry , this would not be my choice of breakfast . When I booked this 1 night stay it stated breakfast included i wasn't made aware til after I'd booked that it would only be a continental breakfast due to renovations been made to the kitchen. I would not have booked to stay here given this information at the time of booking ....anyone that stays away from home would want the choice of a warm breakfast ☹️

The hotel was easy to find, a lovely building with a lovely garden, good internet connection, all very clean. The staff were helpful and allowed us to put our milk in the hotel fridge. Lots of space in the hotel allowed us to bring the dog 😊 Free continental breakfast served between 8 am till 10 am. A peaceful place to stay
Not found anything to complain about TV good picture but the older type so no Netflix but to be honest don't come away to watch the tv so many people putting bad reviews which is a horrible thing to do this hotel is a good price and comfy

A continental breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. A period hotel that has not been modernised/spoilt. Lovely period features. Carved oak staircase and panelling, plaster mouldings and stained glass. Some antique furniture and a lovely grandfather clock to great you in the hall made it feel like a country house hotel. A beautiful building with the dark oak woodwork thankfully still as when built.
Some maintenance needed ...without spoiling any period features.More paintings , plants and antiques would help recreate the grand place it was. Pretty bright fabrics would also lift it into another realm.

A lovely hotel excellent chef Malcolm and everybody friendly very clean and lovely four-poster bed
Some of the staff need some basic training eg toast coming out white asked for tea or coffee condiments got given filter coffee the lady who works Saturday too Monday was very good I hope too revisit but was expecting a English breakfast wasn't told until after I paid and excellent chef only there Saturday and Sunday and no bar only soft drinks that didn't bother me but this hotel if made some small changes could be one of the best in bingley

Oakwood Hall is a beautiful and charming country Yorkshire Dale's style place nicely tucked away in a lovely quiet Hamlet. Not far to get to Haworth village or Oakworth village, or to walk the Bronte trail. Our stay had been comfortable and we had been given warm and welcoming hospitality.
We had two rooms, one room was cold but we had been given extra blankets and a portable heater for this particularly cold February, which for me, made the whole stay so informal and proper Yorkshire down time, with a cuppa tea! Lovely!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady on reception was really pleasant and made us feel very much at home. We had 2 dogs, which were also made very welcome.. We had an excellent evening meal beautifully presented.. the curry was fabulous and my partners salmon was the same with generous portions too. The...banana split was divine!! The breakfast table looked lovely but we were too full to have anything more than toast following our evening meal ...Again the service was excellent! The staff were lovely and again they couldn't do enough for us. We were even asked if the dogs would like anything, which was again a lovely gesture.. Bettie and Tiggy also really enjoyed their stay at Oakwood Hall 💕🐶🐶 The garden was really peaceful and very well maintained. The building is beautiful and if you like to step back in time a little, then it's to be recommended...
I think many visitors would like to be able to purchase alcohol. We were forewarned there was no license, so we brought a bottle of wine..

Our room which was room 1 was spacious clean and felt very homely. The mattress and pillows was comfortable. The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful. Also we didn't realise they had a carpark to the side of the hotel until the taxi turned around up there! Plenty of space for bigger vehicles in this carpark , just follow the drive past the hotel on the left.
The only thing that made it 9/10 was we prefer a cooked breakfast and did not realise at the time of booking it was continental breakfast only. If we had we'd have chosen the reduce price room as ours included breakfast which we didn't eat. The room was beautiful but can see where it needs some tlc but that is something that can be done over time. Small things could bump up the star rating very easily, also it was a very hot room which will be fabulous in winter. We could only find one window that could open.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and cheerful. It is a beautiful building. Don't stay here expecting chain hotel uniformity. This is a gorgeous. old building and the rooms are beautiful and unique. I enjoyed a peaceful couple of nights here and would love to return - without having to bring work with me.
Breakfast was okay - but not great. No hanging space in the bedroom, but only there for 2 nights, so it didn't matter. My room was a bit on the small side - but I was travelling alone, so it was fine. I had some work to do and the desk was a bit small too. However, everything else was so lovely, I didn't care.

It was a beautiful gothic building, very quaint and rich in local history. The room was large, pleasant and had everything we needed. Although the hotel does not sell alcohol, we were allowed to take our own drinks into the bar and this was fine by us! The staff were superb - very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!
We were unable to get wifi in our room, but it was fine in the central part of the building. Although parts of the building could do with refurbishment, it would be a shame to lose such original and authentic character. The driveway up to the hotel was damaged with potholes, so keep an eye on where you are going!

The Hall is magnificent. The architecture and interior are stunning. We researched the history of the house and design and it's fascinating. The bedroom was like from an Agatha Christie story..... beautiful
.Yes some bits need redecorating here and there but that added to the 'faded glamour' ....lovely. Breakfast was poor. Not really a breakfast. They would better advertising it as 'Free Tea. Coffee, Toast and cereal'. Them you know where you stand. The cold meats weren't nice and the crackers and croissants were stale tasting. Would have been better not to bother with them.
