Georgina is a beautiful property situated in the well served historic village of Lavenham. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed - all the thoughtful little extras (much appreciated when I realised I had forgotten the toothpaste) put this home on par with a 5 star boutique hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend for family and friends.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that didn't exceed my expectations.

The cottage is beautiful and furnished in a quirky way. Everything has been chosen with care. The garden is a delight. You can eat in the shade under a vine covered gazebo, or relax in the sun surrounded by beautiful cottage garden planting. The village itself is impressive, with so many medieval properties and all the amenities you could wish for. You can see why it was chosen as the location of Godric's Hollow.

The only thing that would add to the experience would be instructions for the appliances for the less technological among us, but maybe that's just me!

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the restaurants, bars and historical buildings. The cottage was decorated to a very high standard and felt very homely. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the large TV/Netflix and shower facilities all added to a perfect stay. Had we stayed longer I might have had the opportunity to use the amazing bath. We would highly recommend this property.

There was nothing that we didn’t like about this 5* cottage, we are so glad we found this accommodation for our overnight stay in Lavenham. The only problem we encountered was that there was a complimentary breakfast of cereal, biscuits, tea/coffee provided but the milk in the fridge was out of date which we didn’t notice until the following morning so we couldn’t use the complimentary items. Also we couldn’t wipe up the crockery because we couldn’t find a tea towel in the kitchen.

Loved absolutely everything about this cottage, from the quirky art to the many treats provided. The garden is such a special space… enjoyed our breakfast with pink sheep overlooking. We decided to spend more time enjoying the cottage as it was beautiful and comfortable at the same time!

Quirky house in a wonky town. Very comfortable bed, hot shower, smart tv, good kitchen. Windows that open for fresh air and an outside space. Bird song not traffic noises.

It was lovely. A tea towel to wipe up would be handy.

Beautiful cottage with a gorgeous patio and garden (including cheeky Gnome & pink sheep).. Comfortable bed, comfortable large sofa, kitchen had everything needed including various ways to make your coffee. Beautifully furnished, Heathers attention to detail is immaculate. Equally she keeps the garden beautifully, really is quite the little haven we all yearn for. Booked last minute but easily accessed after a quick call. Heather is a lovely, helpful host.

It was perfect

The property was clean, comfortable and beautifully presented. I travelled alone for work and I felt safe and secure in the property. It was a real treat to stay there, I considered myself to be very lucky indeed. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Jenny (and team). Beautiful cottage in the heart of Lavenham. I rented this cottage for my parents over the Christmas period and they loved it. Very comfortable, beautifully designed and well thought out in terms of the layout. Small touches like a breakfast bowl filled with cereal, coffee and little chocolates which was very thoughtful. Gorgeous little garden out the back. The bathrooms were both so modern and the added touch of having the bathtub in the bedroom was a lovely treat. Would definitely book this place again! Beautifully renovated cottage in the centre of town. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable. Nice outdoor spaces. Lots of treats left for us.

The only negative was the hot water system which only lasted for one very short shower. Otherwise it would have been a 10

The cottage was furnished and prepared with great care by thoughtful owners for guests' comfort. Beautiful, quiet hidden garden at the back. Peaceful location yet close to all amenities.
