Really nice hotel and location. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious enough for one night and very comfortable with a large bed. The mirrors perfect for getting ready (ladies you’ll know what I mean). They’re large and there’s a vanity table too. The bathroom is quite small but the shower space itself is large, which was nice. The bathroom is also very well equipped. Air conditioning was great too. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice! The staff service throughout the hotel was exceptional. They met and attended to every need promptly. Overall, a really lovely stay.

No complaints

The location was very nice, close to three underground stations and bus stops, food places, a Tesco store and also to the Regeant's Park. The room was nice and the bed was large and comfy. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good.

The windows could do a better job at canceling the noise from outside. The carpet on the hallways was very worn off. Although large, the shape of the room made it feel a little cramped. Although it was good and had a lot of options, the breakfast was expensive and its price increased by £4 during our stay.

Perfect location with transportation to any part of London on your doorstep. Staff are super friendly - accommodating n v helpful . Fast room service . I like the idea of using full size toiletries - kinder to the planet

The bathroom is vvv small . The heated towel rail was not working throughout our stay despite maintenance coming to fix it . The cooler is pointless . Can’t keep even the water cold . For the cost of the refreshment amenities like coffee/tea could be improved … and not timely replenished . No bathrobe . The bed didn’t have an overlay ( see pics ) /. Pillows were way too soft . We had to ask for extras .

Everything inside the hotel was beautiful and luxury. The lounge area we had access to made the trip for us to be able to meet our friends for a drink before heading out. Staff were so incredibly friendly.

Limited plug sockets, the only 2 near the mirror were to close to the work surface I couldn’t plug my Dyson hair dryer in, and I could just about plug my other hair tools, but it bent my cables and couldn’t fully push them in. We could not hear anything in the rooms either side, however got woken 4 times in the night by people down the corridor, it seemed to echo in our room and they were directly outside.

Comfortable room with lots of space. Nice bathroom with a good power shower. It took some time to work out the light switches and aircon- I didn't get it right and the fan came on loudly at 2am presumably because it had gone out of temperature range. ( Some form of written instructions to stop this happening would be nice) Good breakfast selection with a calm atmosphere - I think there was every variation of breakfast available Short walk from Old Portland Road and Regent's park underground stations Directions to rooms from the Foyer could be clearer, especially for those using the stairs

My husband who is sight impaired/restricted mobility, was helped by staff..made it so much less stressful for me. Our room was spacious with support rails in the bathroom and emergency pull cord. All staff were attentive, professional and made us feel very welcome and valued as clients. Food in the bar was fresh and presented nicely. Guiseppe gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was a whole experience on it's own. Again profession staff, the restaurant was run with precision. A staff member helped us to get suitably settled at our table. So much choice of food. All served and presented beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Thankyou to all the lovely staff.

Just one thing. There were housekeeping trollies outside our room door during our stay. Not nice to come out of the room to that being the first thing you see. Also an open door into a rather dilapidated storage roo., I think it was. Door remained open during our stay and the trollies were there the whole time. My hubby used his walker on the trip so we were able to get past the trollies but had he been in his wheelchair I would have had to get the trollies moved..but this was the only not so good comment.

Comfortable, and clean rooms. The housekeeping staff deserves a huge applaud for commendable cleanliness and being kind and friendly. A super nice breakfast spread. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend before traveling to Liverpool.

Soundproofing should be considered for the front-facing rooms. During breakfast - Removing plates and coffee from the table when someone steps away to get something else is not ideal. It might be beneficial to implement some kind of a "table reserved" system for guests during breakfast to ensure their table remains available for the duration of their meal.

This hotel was very impressive - the overall design made it a luxurious experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and well presented! There was a little fruit plate left out for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Conveniently located by Great Portland Street tube station too, so transport links are great for central London. Would certainly stay again on my next visit - very affordable for such high quality facilities.

There was nothing not to like, though we didn’t make use of the bar / restaurant so can’t comment on that. I’ve stayed in many London hotels and this is excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which was perfectly located with many sightseeing spots within walking distance. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after exploring the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

On the downside, we stayed in a connecting room, and the soundproofing was quite poor. However, it didn’t bother us much and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

This is a fantastic hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect being so close to Euston station and surrounding area. Great Portland Street and Warren Street tube stations are very short walks from it making it a great base to see London. It was a very comfortable and stylish room and the decor is really lovely. It’s so clean too. The biggest stand out is the politeness and friendly ness of the staff. Plus it’s certainly easier on the pocket than hotels closer to the river.

Nothing.
