The lady on reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. All other members of staff were efficient and friendly. Changing to a sea view room was a bonus. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, well cooked, tasty and well presented. Good service. We had an allocated space in the carpark, Though there was plenty of space in the car park opposite the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't worth the money. No yogurts, hardly any fruit juice, four slices of bread for toast, there were nine of us in the restaurant. not much choice of jam etc. The cooked breakfast was tasty. The server was pleasant and helpful. Just that the buffet section could have been better set out, with more variety of bread and some yogurts.

We were travelling with a puppy for the first time. The staff were very welcoming and made a great fuss of the puppy, including a dog bed in our room. puppy was welcome in the bar/bistro for our super on the first night and the waiting staff were exceptional. We have stayed in several Morecambe beach front hotels over the past six years and Lothersdale has now become our favourite.

The room was at ground level, below the balcony of the Aspect bar - it was quite noisy when the cleaner was moving furniture above us.

The staff were so nice especially Sam & Paige, so helpful & attentive, as were the reception staff. The food exceeded my expectations. I was a little disappointed with my room however - tho it did have a lovely view I'm not sure what the 'executive' part referred to. The carpet needed a good clean, the curtains were hanging off the rail and the chair was too uncomfortable to sit & relax in. As for the toilet paper....I'll definitely take my own next time. Having said all that I would definitely stay here again as I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable during my first ever solo stay in a hotel. Huge thank you to all the staff

The location was excellent, right on the front and convenient for our needs. The bathroom was satisfactory, albeit a bit small, but not a significant concern. Parking may be scarce, yet we were fortunate to find a spot directly outside the hotel, away from the loading bay restricted area.

The breakfast price seemed quite high at £14 per person considering I only have a cup of coffee and two slices of toast, so we chose the room-only option. Additionally, there was a noisy guest across from us engaging in late-night conversations outside our door. Although it was unrelated to the hotel, I addressed the issue quickly.

The room was lovely and clean. staff were very friendly and helpful.the hotel was within walking distance of everything we stayed for 4 nights and nothing was too much trouble with the staff.

The only thing wrong was the heating was on full blast but when I mentioned it to the manageress she said that they could of turned it down had I mentioned it earlier but that was my fault so there was no problem really

Welcoming and friendly staff and overall ambience. Relaxed but professional service. Great having the outdoor balcony and lovely views. Good location and enjoyable stay. Will definitely return 😊

Breakfast was nice, & appreciated plentiful coffee etc. Would have liked better selection of fruit (bowl of berries etc) and Greek plain yoghurt. Also feel it is slightly overpriced, or at least would be better offering 2 or 3 price options to accommodate lighter breakfast choices.

Central location, staff fantastic. We had a fantastic afternoon tea, one of the best we have tasted, A big thank you to the chef for the best homemade cakes.

There was. An incident with other guests in the early hours of the night, they caused a disturbance. Which had everyone up. This has no reflection on the hard-working staff. And we will return again for another visit

we have been coming to this hotel every year for the last 4 years to visit family in Morecambe. Rooms are clean & comfortable. the bay view rooms are great. used aspects bar and sat outside in the sun, really good.

breakfast could have been better - they use filter coffee which is not very nice. was advised by staff member that we can have one coffee each free - capp or latte which was very good. scrambled eggs on toast was ok not much taste. basic white bread used. expensive for what you get. however staff on duty was very good

Very comfortable room. The restaurant terrace is a perfect location to enjoy the evening sun with amazing views across the sea. We had a delightful evening meal - even more special as it was a very busy day (Vintage by the Sea weekend). Very well done to the hard working chef and his team. As you stroll along the front, look out for Eric! (great photo opportunity). We hope to return, and watch with interest for developments with 'Eden Morecambe'.

Fantastic views across the Bay from our room which was comfy and well equipped. Everything was very clean great shower. Good food welcoming & accommodating staff. Good disability access.

Cold breakfast buffet - fresh fruit on offer over 3 days consisted of aged bruised apples & pears. It needs an update in terms of offering was not value for money old fashioned choices.
