The room was lovely and spotless. The reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and Professional The bar staff were incredible hard working and very patient. The service in the restraunt was very good even though the girls appeared to be very young they were very capable, It was one of the hottest weekends when we stayed however the open aspect in the bar area was a lovely addition and the Sunsets were magnificent.

There was nothing really to dislike. Overall it was one of the best mini breaks we have taken. The Hotel is definatley a massive credit to Morecombe

The lady on reception was extremely helpful and very friendly. All other members of staff were efficient and friendly. Changing to a sea view room was a bonus. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, well cooked, tasty and well presented. Good service. We had an allocated space in the carpark, Though there was plenty of space in the car park opposite the hotel.

Breakfast wasn't worth the money. No yogurts, hardly any fruit juice, four slices of bread for toast, there were nine of us in the restaurant. not much choice of jam etc. The cooked breakfast was tasty. The server was pleasant and helpful. Just that the buffet section could have been better set out, with more variety of bread and some yogurts.

We were travelling with a puppy for the first time. The staff were very welcoming and made a great fuss of the puppy, including a dog bed in our room. puppy was welcome in the bar/bistro for our super on the first night and the waiting staff were exceptional. We have stayed in several Morecambe beach front hotels over the past six years and Lothersdale has now become our favourite.

The room was at ground level, below the balcony of the Aspect bar - it was quite noisy when the cleaner was moving furniture above us.

Nice modern comfortable rooms, nice restaurant area, food was of an excellent standard and reasonably priced. I liked the late checkout. Reception staff and night porter Lauren were very friendly and helpful.

Serving and bar staff lacked personality and were slow to serve, not returning to our table to ask if we would like any drinks. no free parking, we were automatically checked out of our rooms before the checkout time ended and had to go get the card unlocked at reception making us late leaving,

The room had a sea view which was lovely and saw some fabulous sunsets. Breakfast was great and had a good choice. Evening meal at Aspect was outstanding.

Not much really. We did, however, feel one member of staff in the restaurant seemed to be butting in quite a bit with our server. I think she was a new member of the team so was learning and completely understand she has to learn but the supervisor (?)seemed to be breathing down her neck which wasn't a good look. But other than that pretty good 👍

The location is excellent!! We’d booked a sea view room, and the view was spectacular! The staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s got a great bar and outdoor seating area. The room was clean, and so was the bedding, towels etc.

I wouldn’t say it’s a ‘didn’t like’…. It’s more of a ‘could be better if..’. The hotel feels a bit tired and dated. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows were poor. The bathroom - functional enough, but dull, tired, dated and small…

The staff were so nice especially Sam & Paige, so helpful & attentive, as were the reception staff. The food exceeded my expectations. I was a little disappointed with my room however - tho it did have a lovely view I'm not sure what the 'executive' part referred to. The carpet needed a good clean, the curtains were hanging off the rail and the chair was too uncomfortable to sit & relax in. As for the toilet paper....I'll definitely take my own next time. Having said all that I would definitely stay here again as I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable during my first ever solo stay in a hotel. Huge thank you to all the staff

Good value accomodation. The room had no frills, pictures, etc but I was in the standard rooms and fancier rooms are available. It was very suitable for my needs as I was out a lot at the poetry festival. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and cosy. The staff were lovely, especially the Scottish lady on reception, who was so helpful when I could not locate the hair dryer.

The location was excellent, right on the front and convenient for our needs. The bathroom was satisfactory, albeit a bit small, but not a significant concern. Parking may be scarce, yet we were fortunate to find a spot directly outside the hotel, away from the loading bay restricted area.

The breakfast price seemed quite high at £14 per person considering I only have a cup of coffee and two slices of toast, so we chose the room-only option. Additionally, there was a noisy guest across from us engaging in late-night conversations outside our door. Although it was unrelated to the hotel, I addressed the issue quickly.

The room was lovely and clean. staff were very friendly and helpful.the hotel was within walking distance of everything we stayed for 4 nights and nothing was too much trouble with the staff.

The only thing wrong was the heating was on full blast but when I mentioned it to the manageress she said that they could of turned it down had I mentioned it earlier but that was my fault so there was no problem really
