Staff was great. Facility new. Out of town and a little rural but less than 100 yards from bus stop 3A that take you to city center. If coming by train, busses 1,5 & 400 connect 3A Queens Lane stop to train station, so easy to get there with luggage. Has a/c!

Lacked coin laundry and business center. Limited close eating options. Some bed sides very close to wall making getting in and out of bed a challange. Not sure if this is a general thing or just my room. NOTE: Oxy Oriental Buffet (Chinese/Indian fusen) best value in area. Alternately take 3A to Magdelene St or James St and walk 6 blocks to parallel street for many multicultural options.

Great location for sightseeing in the area. Close to Oxford without paying the high prices. You can park at the Red Bridge Park and Ride, just up the road or take the bus from the bus stop near the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were excellent: lovely towels and sheets and VERY clean. The breakfast selection (buffet) was excellent. A great choice of hot, pastries, cereal and fruits. As a Hilton Honors member I felt very appreciated. If you want an excellent meal out, drive 6 minutes to Sandford-on-Thames and eat at the fabouls riverside The Kings Arms.

Everything was perfect! I couldn't find fault in anything!

- Excellent location for work trips to the Oxford Science Park - it's just a 10-15min walk there - The staff are all very friendly and super helpful, for example providing cutlery for food takeout, or newspaper to dry my shoes - hangers and an ironing board in room - Appreciated the vegan options at breakfast! - Gym was basic but well equipped too, had everything I needed - To get to Oxford city center, there are 2 different bus lines in short walking distance

This is not the hotel's fault at all, but there is limited options for restaurants, groceries etc. around. When there's been a match in the stadium, it's near impossible to get a cab or the bus. For the hotel itself, putting up a trash can near the entrance would be great, unfortunately some other guests are leaving trash around, making an unclean impression, which is a pity. Also, there's no toilet brush!

We had a great stay at the Hilton in Oxford. The rooms were very, very comfortable—spacious, clean, and well set up for a good night’s sleep. For Oxford, where hotel prices can be steep, this place felt like really good value. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The car park was reliable and easy to access, which took a lot of stress out of traveling with a car, especially in a busy city like Oxford. The breakfast was also a standout. There was a ton of variety, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. Definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had recently.

The only real downside was that the rooms didn’t have a mini fridge, which turned into a bit of an issue for us since we were traveling with a small child. Having somewhere to store milk or snacks would’ve made things a lot easier, and it’s something we’d normally expect at a hotel of this level. That said, everything else about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again, especially for the value and the friendly service.

On entering it was clean, warm and friendly. While remaining professional in appearance. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, as was checking out. The breakfast was fantastic, great options, fresh. Everything was delicious and perfect in every way. Please pass on my appreciation to the kitchen staff and cleaning team. We was visiting Oxford do a very serious health issue and the level of service and quality throughout the hotel really did impress me more than any other hotel I have stayed at in the UK. Please I have stayed a lot of hotels. Thank you

Not sure why the window curtain was three times wider than the window:?:) There wasn't much space at all on one side of the bed - my husband found it very difficult to get in and out of bed! Not much could fit on the bedside table on his side, either... The bathroom door, which is also a wardrobe door didn't quite work for us as a space saving exercise:( - we would prefer both doors closed, which of course was not achievable!

Counter clerk (Shivam) was excellent. Nice big quiet room Excellent shower and bathroom. Nice big TV. Absolutely superb breakfast, possibly the best I've ever had. Had waffle Mach nes! Thought I was Stateside. Loved this hotel.

Large coffee stains on carpet but no big deal. VERY limited TV channels. Only about 7 stations! Hard bed and noisy springs. Broken bedside light - again no big deal, but had obviously not been fixed for a while as there was a big bit of sellotape over the missing switch, and it looked old. Pretty petty things to be sure, but overall I absolutely loved this hotel. Would DEFINATELY recommend.

Facilities are great and comfortable, location is good. Close enough to Oxford if you have transportation. Looks like new or recently refurbished. Was pretty clean. Staff from check-in and check-out were friendly. Some dairy free options in breakfast (butter-spread and milk)

Was hoping breakfast would be way better for a Hilton hotel. We’ve been to another hotel (from a different chain) in oxford before and breakfast offered was far superior. Only fruits I could offer to my baby were on a fruit salad. Hot dishes were limited to bacon, sausage (regular and vegan), and cold scrambled eggs. They don’t offer other options done in the kitchen such as different preparation pf eggs. Staff in breakfast area seemed lost and/or not able to communicate in english.

Room: The room was clean and easily accessible, being located on the ground floor. Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Dining Area: The dining area was lovely and clean, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy meals.

Restaurant Hours: It would have been nice if the restaurant stayed open a little later. We arrived around 9 PM and had to order in, which was convenient, but I would have liked to sample some of the hotel’s restaurant food. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel, especially if the restaurant hours could be extended.

It's my second time here. It is extremely clean, I mean I have never seen so white towels and bedsheets in a hotel so far. The staff is great, breakfast very good. Free parking, good wifi. The position of the hotel is not great, it is far from city centre and any shops. If you are not traveling by car, this is a minus. Also, none of the windows of the hotel rooms can be opened at all, not even cracked open. If you have any slight issues with claustrophobia, this may not be the place for you.
