The room was spacious and clean. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The shower was exceptional with amazing water pressure and lovely complimentary products. Centrally located so all we needed was less than 10 mins walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Allowing us to store our bags before check in and after check out allowed us the freedom to enjoy our time to its maximum potential.

Unfortunately, there was a fire door right outside our room that connected 2 separate staff areas, and the staff came and went about every half hour to an hour throughout the night, banging the fire door each time.

It is clean and comfortable and the receptionist was friendly. By far the biggest advantage is the location in the city centre.

For the price facilities are limited; it is made clear there is no bar/lounge etc so basically what you get is a comfortable room and decent bathroom. As facilities are limited you would expect what is provided to be spot on, but for example there was no milk/whitener with the tea/coffee making facility.

The location is in a perfect part of the city. Although the facilities at the hotel were limited there was everything you wanted very close at hand. The staff were perfect. They couldn't do enough for you.

I don't know what they were but some heavy goods vehicles (Road sweepers?) went out at early hours but nothing really. You can always be very picky but no point in this instance.

Great location, comfortable bed and good shower. Ideal for a stay over so you can see Oxford.

The only issue was the hotel wouldn’t accept my debit card, their machine declined it so they took down my card number. But after that I got 30 odd scam calls, and have had to put a freeze on my card and order a new one. So my bank, Halifax, obviously are very suspicious of the hotel, my partners card was exactly the same.

Location ,room exceptional . Stayed 1 night room 9 which was great no noise.

The Air Conditioning was great and much needed as there was floor to ceiling window (without a view). The two very small windows at top were the only two that opened. AIR CON needed. Shower pressure was great.

The staff was very kind. They allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could have a bit more time exploring the surrounding shops and college gardens before having to leave for home. The room provided a comfortable place to recoup after a day of adventures.

Staff were so polite and helpful. Hotel is immaculate and you have everything you need in your room. There isn’t a restaurant but you’re right in the middle of everything and there are plenty of places in your immediate vicinity

Being really picky but a bit pricey taking into account breakfast not included

Only accessed via stairs and unfortunately I had recently completed hospital treatment and found the climb with bags and toddler challenging but for any other couple or family in reasonable health this would not prove an issue.

Location was very central and only a 12 minute walk from the rail station. Good price. Tea and coffee, fridge, hair dryer. Clean and comfortable bed.

Lots of stairs! A bit noisy at night due to the central location.

Staff helped to carry our bags to our room. The hotel was centraly located.

The stairs were terrible. Not everybody manage to carry bags up to the rooms. The bed was really small. We needed to ask for additional duvet as we didnt want to share one as mother and daughter.
