5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely 3-night stay at this wonderful guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly — not just with us, but also with our dog, which made a big difference to our experience. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing an extra bed when my partner’s child joined us for one night. The room was cosy and very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the whole place smelled, especially in the hallway — such a small detail, but it really added to the overall comfort. The hosts were also really helpful with directions and advice on where to park, making everything super easy. All in all, a lovely stay in a warm and inviting place — we’d definitely return!

Everything! Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. Great bathroom, well heated, easy to ventilate, lots of nice thoughtful touches throughout this well designed and bespoke accommodation it has really thought of everything for the weary traveller. The breakfast was well tasty and most generous. The hosts are welcoming, generous, heart centred and extremely well organised. Lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location - just a couple of minutes walk from shops and train station. Go in the opposite direction and it's a stones throw from the seafront. I stayed in room 5 which is a single room right at the top of the house. Very spacious with ample storage space, comfortable single bed and a lovely large bathroom with a full size shower that had great pressure and easily regulated water temperature. As an added bonus the TV was much bigger than I usually expect in a single room, reception was perfect with lots of freeview channels to choose from. Full size kettle in the room with a very generous supply of tea/coffee. The guesthouse doesn't currently serve breakfast, but the fact the room has a small fridge made it not a problem. I was able to have a snack and cuppa before I went out and it was really lovely to be able to have cold drinks and real milk! Very unusual for a guesthouse to include a fridge but it was a great addition. I really enjoyed my stay and the lovely family who run the guesthouse also live there, giving the whole place a very homely feel. An added bonus was electronic key systems on all the doors which definitely felt very secure. This was a super value for money stay - I have spent much more in the past to stay in guesthouses and have not walked away as happy as I was with this trip. I would definitely book and stay again.

Great little Guest house. I travel a lot throughout the UK and stay in a lot of different hotels. Really friendly family. Larger than average single room with a good size en suite. Water nice and hot in the shower. The owners weren't shy with tea, coffee and milk either, better than most. Good size TV in the room and added luxury of a mini fridge. Lots of friendly dogs there too, particularly fond of the little bulldog! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Literally a 2 minute walk and you're by the beachfront, so also an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants.

It’s so important, that we support the local businesses, before the giant, globalist machine drives out the quaint, little b&b’s and replaces them with cold, heartless, shells. We had a beautiful time at a loved, well maintained, homely and friendly, locally run property with the one thing these multinaionls can provide… that warm, caring, human touch. Thank you.

Mo lee and the family were amazing so welcoming and friendly it was an absolute pleasure to meet them all they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome they made our stay special The room was spotlessly clean with new carpets throughout the guest house the decor was modern too I would definitely return to this guest house again Thank you to all the family for making our stay so memorable ❤️

Very near to the seafront and town. Good location

I have a medical condition for which climbing stairs is very uncomfortable. The single rooms are all on the top floor. So I would like to stay again but next time I'll book a double room on a lower floor. Unless they install a stair lift 😃 This hotel is clean, and the owner is very helpful. See you next time ! Breakfast was yummy and plentiful. Eggs just how I like them nice and runny. The o ly negative thing is the table could have done with cleaning from last guest. Crumbs and a bit sticky. But hey, not a deal breaker. 😊 Very friendly welcome when I arrived.

I would have liked the shower to be a bit hotter but that could just be me.

Maureen is a chatty nice lady that welcomes you. Don't be afraid to ask for anything you may need. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. There is a fan and a fridge that many places don't have. Coffee facilities also. Very nice modern large shower was great. 4 toilet rolls instead of the normal 2 you get. Breakfast is served very quickly with Mo's family helping out. Help yourself to toast and cereal etc . The breakfast is a fry up with vegetarian sausages if required. There is a seating area to the front and a multistorey carpark just at end of road. Had a nice time staying here in this friendly family run guest house. One of better places to stay in Paignton just metre's from the front. Dogs are welcome.

Only thing I can say that needs looking at is my bed sloped to one side probably floor boards. Needs raising with little extra wood blocks. Everything else was wonderful 😊

We had an amazing stay,We loved it so much we've booked for next Easter and Summer.The room was great,the breakfast delicious and a good variety of items.The B&B was close to the beach and close to the street with the gift shops etc.Mo and her family made us feel at home and nothing was too much trouble,Mo's son even gave us a lift to the bus station! Can't wait to stay again.😊
