On arrival was greeted by staff, who were very freindly. Was taken to our room which was clean and nicely decorated. We had the room with the bath inside which was lovely , would have been nice to have some bubble bath to have a nice relaxing soak in but still enjoyed . There is a nice size Tv and lovely Big bed. Stay was very peaceful . Did have breakfast which I'd give 10 stars , compliments to the chef. We will definitely stay again.

Not a lot, only thing can say was found the toilet in our room had a loose seat and also the ones in the toilets down in restaurant. But overall nothing to dislike.

We were in the area for a specific event and needed accommodation for a couple of nights due to the travelling involved from Scotland. In the Tomahawk we found a gem. Excellent, friendly staff, superb food in the restaurant and with breakfast included, it was very good value for money. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Lovely room, well furnished. Clean bed linen. Steakhouse meals amazing.

Carpet on stairs/landing was dirty and smelt a little giving a terrible first impression but rooms were lovely so it wasn’t representative. Also breakfast didn’t start until 9am and we needed to leave early so had leave without breakfast.

Staff - all very friendly and professional especially Corinne/Coreen the manager, she was excellent. Room - very comfortable although a little noisy due to it's location above the restaurant

Shower- would benefit from a soap holder or a shelf of some sort to put things whilst you are showering, also a bit of mould which was present above the shower which needs to be dealt with. Food- requested my steak not pink but alas that didn't happen but to their credit they knocked 10% off the total bill, Garlic Mushrooms rather watery and my wife thought her Calamari a bit tasteless.

Amazing stay, the room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, and the service was brilliant. All staff were polite and helpful. We booked into the steak house for a meal and the food was delicious.. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Fab staff and rooms. The stairs up to the rooms had an awful smell, not sure what it was the corridor would also have benefited from a paint and a carpet clean. Food was excellent and the staff were lovely.

Been on numerous occasions excellent value for money as a stay over with an excellent breakfast. Dinner was superb

Another amazing stay tbh... faultless... we have stayed numerous times. Ticks all boxes.. room. Food and ambience. I'm an English breakfast man and there's are up there with the best and it's included on the room. Can't be beaten for me

I had to leave

The size of the room, the bed was huge and amazingly comfortable we have never slept in one as comfy. The bath in the room was also amazing as was the Sunday dinner (10/10) and I'm not normally one to order roasts when eating out and the breakfast the next morning again fantastic.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Location, style and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

The noise from the bar below the room from 8.30 am till 11pm. The toilet seat that didn’t fit, the shower that we couldn’t use because it leaked. They did let us use the room next doors shower, but it was an inconvenience.
