The breakfast was great. The room was cosy, clean, and had everything you needed. The owners were so helpful and amended small issues immediately (such as the kettle not working). It is conveniently located close to the A19. Very welcoming and comfortable, would most definitely stay again.

The small kitchen in the apartment could have had a small supply of crockery (plates and cutlery) to avoid having to go to the main building if eating a takeaway / cooking. It would also be nice to have the fridge on but is not a necessity.

Chris is a superb host, stayed up late in order for me to access my room, helped me take in my bags and ensured I was comfortable be he left. I had travelled 250 miles from London to arrive 22:45 and access to reception and facilities are normally closed at 20:00 to those with out the keys. The room was comfortable, and I like unique boutique accommodation when I stay away from home. This was a perfect place to get my head down and the breakfast that was made to order in the morning was excellent. Fantastic value for money

The water in the shower while adequate some times ran warm and look warm. But I think this was due to a few people using their showers in their rooms at the same time. It really wasn't a problem and it is too strong to say 'what I didnt like" rather its a note and of little consequence of the pleasure to stay for an overnight stay

Such a great find. Located up a lane, away from the road, you could hear a pin drop in the night. Beautifully built, very comfortable rooms, bed was great. Lovely shower room. Staff were so friendly and breakfast fantastic. We were there to visit family in Yarm, Thornaby and Middlesbrough so this was a perfect location for us. Just a short drive into the moors too. We would highly recommend.

This is a lovely place. Bed was nice and comfy and the building is beautiful. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. They catered to my dietary requirements really well. Definitely recommend this place to others and will try and come back again. Overall, well worth the stay.

The only one very, very, very minor thing was the turn on to the driveway to the property from the main road is not very clear. The first time I missed it and had to turn the car around, but to be honest, it didn't take anything away from the wonderful stay.

Great peaceful location. Nice little pub nearby within walking distance. Yarm town beautiful only short drive away. The room itself was perfect and had everything we needed. Bed super comfy . Breakfast was delicious-lots of fresh fruit and cooked breakfast one of the best I've had . Lovely friendly ladies serving breakfast . Pretty outdoor garden and seating area .Will be back. Leaving ! We were only there for one night

The staff was very friendly and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible. A generous breakfast was available every morning at flexible times. For overnight stays, the rooms were good with all amenities. Furthermore, it is a very nice and quiet location to stay.

Personally, the beds were very soft for me, but this is purely a personal preference for a firm bed.

The accommodation was modern but homely and you had the use of the gorgeous living room during the stay,a wine cooler was also available,,which proved very handy on a wet afternoon. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the hosts chris and Julie popped in for a chat and filled us in on where and what to do in the area. The rooms were lovely with en suites and gorgeous white crisp linnen on the beds,couldn't fault the place at all, Just gorgeous and look forward to staying here again in the future.

There was nothing not to like,,everything was just perfect

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, and the staff wonderful - they couldn't have been more helpful. There was a nice lounge to relax in, and weather permitting, space to sit outside too.

There was nothing that we really didn't like. There was not a lot of parking spaces available when we visited, but it was still good enough for what we needed.

Chris and staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and beautifully cooked. Good location to explore the area, we visited Saltburn and had fantastic meals at The Pot and Glass, Craythorne Arms and Afternoon tea on the Wensleydale Railway.

Excellent friendly staff, wonderfully cooked breakfast from a good choice menu and portion sizes were outstanding! Lovely furnishings and design to the accommodation with fine finishings, lovely and warm. Roomy showers with never ending hot water. Comfy beds and quiet great nights sleep.

Nothing to dislike, if in the area wouldn`t hesitate to return.
