I think my other half referred to the property having a very homely feel to it totally agree with this. They were very basic rules posted around the hotel which was just best practice and the host Mary was lovely and nothing was to much trouble for her and she made it clear that she could be contacted if needed and showed us round it was clean and tidy and adequate for the money paid.

The area is may be the only thing that let it down the parking was limited but it was a street so it’s going to be having said that we managed to get both cars parked there but I feel the pros outweigh the cons as this was beyond Mary’s control.

Host: Very warm, helpful and available Location: easy access to the bus and shops. Perfect! Shared kitchen: spacious, clean and has that you need (including large potsand saucepans) Shared toilet: I was amazingly surprised and pleased with the cleanliness as I had never shared before and was worried General: Lots of tea/coffee in room and kitchen. Vey welcome! Cleaning staff: Friendly, helpful and does an excellent job I loved all the rules pasted on the doors and walls. I will use this accommodation again for sure. Very good value for money.

The TV was too big therefore it took up rioom space unnecessarily,.

Liked the friendly service from Mary and John, great facilities, liked the free WiFi, Netflix firestick and sky tv facilities , but most of all I loved how comfortable the memory bed was sleep'd like a log.

Tbh I carnt think of anything, I had a lovely time and laughs with partner. John the handyman is friendly to talk with also.

Room was clean, good. All facilities in room. Got my clothes laundered for no extra cost. Very cooperative land lady. I liked the hospitality.

In kitchen the pans were quite old, not at all non stick. That was a bit inconvenient thing for me. Otherwise everything was beyond my expectation.

Stayed in the new building (opposite house) which is the extension of the original Outram 26 The old building and the rooms are being renovated and upgraded. I stayed in a great room, very clean, big bed, big tv, coffee, tea etc.. Plenty of on-street parking avaiable. I would stay again when next visiting the area.

Very clean, lots of tea and coffee facilities, lovely owner very helpful and nice, great value for money, comfy bed, great kitchen facilities and best, hottest shower I've had in years! Owner was great with my dog, I was worried about mess as we'd been hiking but she was lovely! There's lovely parks and markets 5mins away. So great I ended up booking an extra night will definitely be returning!

Can't believe this place is only £42 per night, it's amazing value for money. The owner Mary, is so accommodating, friendly and approachable. The bathroom facilities are faultless, clean and always smell's so good, The bed is so comfortable and there are tea and coffee facilities available endlessly. Just loved our stay.

The must what we like was a bed . So comfy also all was in the room what we need.

The building was easily accessible and parking was a lot easier than expected. I got parked on arrival and made it to my room within 10 minutes. Mary, was Very happy and made me feel comfortable one arrival Room was big. Clean, and had a great TV and all essentials. Netflix. Heater. Kettle. Large space. Cupboards. Adequate lighting. (In Room) Full kitchen. Where you basically cook anything you would like.

To be fair there was not much to not like.

Mary (the host) just couldn't do enough for me. I stayed 3 nights & her assistance was very welcome but never intrusive. As usual I forgot the odd home luxury, but she stepped in. Wonderful 😊

Nothing I didn't like? Due to a double booking slip-up, perhaps a little out of town(1 mile) but still walkable, with a great bus service.
