The property was in an ideal location with local amenities close by, the room was very clean and well kept to a high standard, with also an en suite with an over head shower that works well .The bed was really comfortable and pillows super soft so had a really good sleep which is really needed after hard days work. The room has a kettle for tea and coffee they also have a kitchen washing machine and dryer, the kitchen has everything you need if you fancy cooking own food, the fridge was really clean as to some airbnbs I’ve visited in area so that a plus if keeping food in their. Overall I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in area for work or leisure as I’ve seen from other people staying in Airbnb that the check-in system was confusing personally I’ve had no problems but I did have a quick chat with owner and a new system is now in place and that the place has since had a full refurb to which how nice it looks well done Steve for the lovely stay

A very clean room with all the hotel style amenities. The host Steve helped us as soon as he could with a faulty door locks and continuously checked to see if everything with our stay was running smoothly. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean and there were enough towels and loo roll! What you see in the pictures is what you get! We only stayed one night but if we come back to Middlesborough, would definitely stay here again for longer. Thank you so much Steve :)

Apartments are stunning! Everything was extremely clean, modern and high standard. It was a pleasure to stay in that place. I love every single thing about that place, comfortable bed, balcony/garden with cute lights, tv, kettle, shower, lights in the room which in the evening can make really nice atmosphere. Honestly I recommend that place to everyone! It is close to town centre, hospital, shops, bus station literally to everything. The owner is the nicest person I ever met, very helpful and if you have any questions or concerns about your booking/apartment he will be there to help you.

Oh Gosh! This place feels like home, believe me, it didn’t take me more than 5 mins to feel so. Its refurbished recently and the vibe of the rooms is Awwwwww! Well designed. Steve is the owner and i can guarantee that he is going to take the best care of you, What a gem of a person, you just need to reach there and leave to him the rest. You will not regret staying here. The house keeping person again is wonderful. Loved my stay, 100000 recommended.

Oh com’on! Are you kidding.

Spot on place to stay 👍 The location is a busy main road with double yellow lines all around but there is a Go Local shop directly opposite with a few parking bays and we were able to park there overnight no problem. The door keyless locking/unlock pad took a bit of working out but once we realised you put in your code number then press the bottom right padlock unlock key button it was straight forward every time. Room is spotlessly clean( we had Room 1 with en suite bathroom) and nice and modern. Bed was comfy and shared kitchen was an added bonus for plates and cutlery and storing drinks/food in the refrigerator. There's even a washing machine and microwave if needed! We saw there was breakfast included when we booked but when I Googled the cafe where you get it (Sanctuary Coffee House just 60yards up the road) it said it was closed on Sundays,but when Steve (the owner) called me to check everything was ok once we arrived he told us that it would be open for us in the morning! It was spot on also and the girls couldn't do enough for us and were even unwilling to accept a tip for their service but I persisted and they eventually relented! Overall a fantastic place to stay can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back when in the area again. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Nothing at all

Steve was an unbelievable host that made our stay 5 star from the booking until we left. Upon arrival, there was optional sun beds for us to use, optional breakfast all for free and then any small requests were dealt with by Steven! The apartment itself was immaculate and a had modern setting - perfect for anyone! The toilet and shower facilities were also top notch and I felt at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying again!

Clean, tidy , effortless check in , room cleaned on second day. Room perfect . Comfy beds. Tv with Netflix. Great location. Everything you need in the kitchen area. Heating always on for the cold nights. Top top quality accommodation. Definitely be staying again . And recommended anyone else to do so

Clean, comfortable and owner was helpful. The private balcony was definitely a bonus! Only downside was didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom which by the next time I stayed there was one. Stayed 3/4 times now and no reason not to keep coming back!

Nothing- can be loud if window is open but once closed you don’t hear anything.

Everyone was lovely, sparkling clean and the bed it’s like sleeping on a cloud

Maybe the only thing if I get fussy it’s that could be some more kitchen utensils if you have a long stay and have to cook but nothing really!

It’s so clean and self efficient , I had an excellent view from my room and the location is perfect. The bed was so comfortable
