It wasn't too far from the City Centre and Riverside free parking aswell

Check in was supposed to be contactless but I was greeted and helped to check in and even shown to my room. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the team were so polite and friendly

The rooms were exceptionally clean however the shower tray and the join points of the enclosure have rust water stains etc so ruins what is essentially a lovely spacious bathroom. The windows double glazing didn't appear to work so there was noise all through the night. There was also a lot of movement from internally with the fire doos banging. So while the bed and room were very comfortable I didn't have a very good night sleep

Staff on reception were more than happy to manually check-in, as I had been driving for over 5hrs prior to arrival so didn't have a chance to complete the self-check in before arrival at the property. They recommended a take away around the corner if I needed dinner, as their kitchen was already closed by the time I had arrived. They also offered to provide me with breakfast in the morning at no extra cost, despite me not selecting the breakfast option on the booking. Room had more than ample space for one person, bathroom was superb. Hotel was ideally located within the town for where I was going for work the next morning. Overall a fantastic stay and experience, will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Middlesbrough. Only reason for not giving facilities a high rating is that I didn't really use any of them to be able to rate them.

Stayed over for one night as we were going to a concert. Wasn't able to check-in till 3pm which we already knew. The man on reception called Riz was so apologetic but we were OK about it. Went out for food and drinks then returned to hotel just as Riz was finishing his shift. He immediately came back in the hotel carried our cases to the room we had booked but then showed us another room which was actually a suite with Jacuzzi bath and said we could have that room for the same price as the smaller room we had booked. He was so helpful and caring. Couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was really nice although no bacon! Would definitely stay here again.

The location is pretty close to the town center. It is in a quiet zone, close to pubs and right accross one indian restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had all the neccessary stuff, wi-fi was very good.

Perssonaly i did not enjoyed the breakfast so much, but just because I am not such a big fan of the traditional English breakfast. Maybe some bacon, salami, fried egs, a selection of cheese for the future is a good ideea.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, Booking in was smooth Breakfast was well presented Staff took time out to warn me about registering car(thus avoiding fine!)

Room was warm and comfortable, but could have done with hooks to hang up cloths and bedside cabinet would be nice. Bit concerned about the car parking arrangements, easy to overlook registering car immediately on arrival

It a lovely hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were ok only complaint was sink it leaked and was a horrible shape.

Nothing to complain about we had couple of trivial faults but they were dealt with by the manager who was very nice and couldnt do enough for us.If you want eggs with your breakfast you have to ask and they are willing to do it.

Receptionist was very helpful and the room was lovely and warm when I first arrived. It was freezing outside so that was really good. It was a basic room but that's what I paid for so was happy.

The shower wasn't very warm and didn't improve over time and the shower basin filled quickly with the water
