I liked that it was so modern in the caravan, clean and the site was so well kept. Quieter than nearby Haven in a very good way. Lovely little pool with slides, great fish and chips. We were so impressed. My parents are returning soon.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Close to Charlotte's restaurant, a lovely beach. Little gift shop. We had a couple of nights, we would love to stay for longer next time. Perfect stay for my dad's 60th.

Our first time as a family staying in a caravan was a lovely experience. We normally go camping which we will be back in the summer with our tent! Loved how basic everything was which was needed for a total weekend to switch off and not having so much available to us that we had to choose to be doing something. Caravans are great, husband wants to live in one when the kids have moved out!!

The only thing I didnt like was the lampost outside the bedroom window which for me was bright all night but I understand why they are needed to be on. I'm also a light sleeper but next time I'll bring an eye mask...sorted!

Caravan lovely and modern but cramped for space in bedrooms, especially twin one. Well equipped but only small frypan . Would have preferred large one for cooking for family. Had to use big saucepan.. Beds very comfortable..

No sheets provided unlike other caravan sites we have used eg park Dean, hoseasons. Had to rush out to dunelm to buy bedding. This was at a cost of nearly £50 .

The setting is lovely the park and the caravan was clean, the beds were comfy

swimming isn't free and the water was that chlorinated it was too strong to stay in, the caravan was clean but had nothing no toilet roll no welcome pack for basically £300 for 2 nights you would expect a roll of toilet roll and a small washing up liquid and tea towel or something it is just a shell we had a lot of noise both nights from people in the park gone midnight walking round drunk shouting drinking but no warden or anything to stop this

The pool was a big hit with the kids and lovely and warm. Clean facilities. Caravan was spaces and clean. Was peaceful on site had a really enjoyable stay. The coast walk was fabulous and in walking distance to cayton bay. The shop and bar was well stocked and had the added bonus of an on site fish & chip shop. All in all we loved our short getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer. Park was great too.

Nothing we didn't like

Swimming pool was great for kids with good slides, site was well laid out with good playground for the grandson.

Most of staff lacked personality, amusements needed change facilities or someone in attendance. The caravan needed better cleaning as the bathroom radiator was thick with dust and rusting.

Really clean, comfy and in a really good location for Filey Town. We drove in for tea both nights, only a 10 minute drive. Nice quiet park for little evening strolls with the dogs. Used the swimming pool which we had to ourselves and it was nice and warm. The onsite fish and chips and shop weren't open for our couple of nights stay but plenty of shops not far.

There was no toilet roll on arrival or simple cleaning products, hand soap, washing up liquid or sponge. Would have been better to have known we needed to take our own toilet paper after a 2 1/2 hour drive there. Had to go straight back out to a shop (as on site closed) and get some. So make sure you pack a roll or 2!

- Nice place, close to Fiely and Scorbourgh but you need to bring with you Bed sheets, pillow covers, bin bags, soap, and iron if you need it. Bring all your BBQ stuff, but the kitchen has no small knives Tesco superstore is 10 minutes by car, Burger King and others are 4 minutes by car. Scoourbrough Beach is 16 minutes by car.

The childs entertainment did not reflect on children over 7 years amuzments was very basic Pool a little small for amount of people using the water flumes flumes require separate area but children enjoyed

I stay with my husband and son 10 years old.Im very very like caravan 4B it's very nice modern nice kitchen comfortable bed.nice staff kind in the swimming pool.nice area .kind people neighbour. I'm really like come back August deseim caravan . We happy stay here .

Weather English don't like . Everything so nice happy 😊😃
