Lovely caravan with everything you would expect and no issues. Oven not the best, but ate out mostly in the Vine. Lovely pub only 2 minutes walk away. WiFi and TV worked where we were (read other reviews where it did not). Good really quiet location, close to a nice beach and other attractions. Swimming pool not open on site, but ask jn reception for passes to Whitecliff Bay resort, which is a 15 minute drive away. Can access the swimming pool and evening entertainment there, which the kids loved. Would visit again.

The caravan we stayed in was warm, welcoming, comfortable with a full set of amenities, clean and like a home from home, the living space was suitable for a family with an open floor space for younger kids to play and a private decking area with a gate for a little peice of mind. The site is quiet, well maintained, with a pool and laundry room. The staff are amazing- very polite and approachable.

The aspect of the site and the village it was in . The staff were very helpful. It was quite easy to get to other parts of the Island if you had a car but there was an effective bus service if you were without transport.. The local pub was excellent.

No toiletries provided which were advertised on their website, so some miscommunication. Towels could have been changed more frequently.

Great to have a hot tub that had been cleaned before we got there. Friendly staff on hand throughout the day, very peaceful location and not a million miles away from main places. Accommodation was very basic but clean throughout and had comfortable beds. Local shop down the road is quite expensive but has everything you could need. The local pub were very friendly and served lovely food too. Just opposite guest services they had a laundry room so we ended up washing and drying all clothes and spare towels we had brought with us before coming home which was very handy for the wet sandy week we had.

The sofas were quite uncomfortable. Our parking was on a slope on gravel so some people might of struggled to pull away. We went out of season so not much to do for older children.

Very convenient for access to buses, local shop and pub serving good food. Beautiful setting near the green and nice walk down to the harbour. The caravan was very spacious and comfortable and the staff helpful. An excellent base for a single person travelling on public transport.

It would have been good to have some hooks to hang coats etc and a shelf in the shower room for toiletries.

Hot tub was a big plus and kitchen/lounge area is comfortable. Property was clean and check in staff friendly. We didn’t use the pool in the end but it looked fun.

There is a family bathroom with shower and an additional toilet in the master bedroom but no shower. The singled beds and third bedroom are really tiny, not really fit for adults. Not an issue for a couple of days but more a be aware. Only 1 food option within walking distance.

I liked the quietness of the site. The staff, Nicole, was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The 2 seater sofa was lovely and comfortable.

The sofa bed to sit on is very uncomfortable. No wifi on site. Asked how to get on and what I was told to connect to didn’t work. Thought main bins could have been more. As in, a lot of sites have a few areas for bins After paying £45!! for each dog (large dogs at that) I would have thought that leaving a welcome box would have been for both dogs, also, more appropriate to the dogs size. Packs were not suitable for proper dogs just lap dogs.

The lodge was just what you would want for a family holiday. The kitchen area had all the facilities you could possibly need. The two bathrooms were a bonus . Loved the jacuzzi . We saw a red squirrel whilst eating breakfast my first sighting in 68 years🐿️

As it was early season the pool had restricted opening hours 10 am till 4pm and closed at lunchtimes .

Had a fabulous time away with family celebrating our wedding anniversary. Lovely surroundings, really enjoyed hot tub&swimming pool. Park home was lovely 😍 Lovely staff, too🥰 Lovely pub a 2 minute walk away yummy food! Friendly staff. And had a band on the night we were there. They were fantastic! Had so much fun...

Burst water main...but, that was out of your control...😄 Water back on by end of day so was all good.

The park was lovely and quiet, and very well maintained. The caravan was exceptional, and very clean. Check-in was quick and easy, and the free Wi-Fi was by far the best I have ever had in a holiday park.

The road up to the park is a little narrow in places, and occasionally I had to reverse to let a car through or go a different route due to the road being blocked. The biggest issue I had was the constant sales calls from the park. I received three before we arrived (one while on the car ferry to the island), another while on holiday and several emails before, during and after the holiday. If I wanted to buy a holiday home I would have said on the first call. The other contacts were unnecessary and annoying.
