Location and staff. I had a person in my group with serbrial Palsy and they were great with her😀 The place was relaxed and accessible was superb. I was expecting my breakfast included so am expecting Bookings.com to refund our breakfast tab paid at the hotel as they always do this with me!

There boilers need an overhaul as hot water takes 10 mins to get to you! This is far from good.

The balcony is close to the bed. I could sit on the bed watching the sea from the balcony which is facing the seafront and lifeguard station. The hotel is within walking distance from sundown library and town centre which makes shopping and getting takeaways very accessible. The room and bathroom was clean. We love the sound of sea waves during High tide in the nights which had helped us to sleep well. Able to see the full moon from the balcony.

Was told that the check out time was 10.30am which was so early. The check in time cannot be earlier than 4pm.

The staff were amazing! We have an autistic 5 year old, non verbal and the place was great as rooms were large and there was a pool she could stand in. Beach on our doorstep. We stayed in a family room which gave us ample space.

Whilst the hotel itself was excellent, and there were some lovely restaurants, the surrounding area could do with some investment.

Despite wet weather we were so well looked after by the staff that it made our break very special. My husband is disabled and we needed some help with access, the staff went out of their way to be so helpful, they were outstanding.

Although the food was very good, it was quite expensive. The portions were excessive and too much to eat in one sitting.

Generally great location with lots of eateries.Seafront with parking facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness exceptional. The pool and jacuzzi are great .

The adjoining passage from the one hotel to the other had a damp smell.

The breakfast was ok and breakfast room really nice the young man waiting for us very polite

Small TV but no problem as we were out

Bay views double room with sea view and balcony is one of the best rooms in the entire hotel. The room is very small and the bathroom as well but the view is mesmerising. If you would love to spend the time on the balcony terrace which is huge and have a relaxing day then it is perfect. We also had access to the pool and spa which was great. The staff are friendly and nice. Overall wonderful stay and plan to return soon.

The shower had very low pressure

The food was excellent, the staff brilliant and helpful, the indoor pool and so near to the beach and pier.

A small fridge in the room would be nice, to keep water in, with the heat.

The location right by the beach nice and clean the hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Clean hotel with jacuzzi and swimming pool. Hotel Restaurants / dining is amazing must try. Bar area / lobby area on the first floor is huge with pool table. Great restaurant nearby. Easy drive away to needle and all other towns and places to visit.

Would love a modern shower and suite instead of the bath etc, BUT there is a certain retro charm to it, like being in a Carry on Abroad film! In a strange way, it took me back to when I was younger! Appreciate that it would cost a lot to do all modifications.
