Being on a solo holiday can be daunting for some..I was made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble for Jon & Justine. During the lovely breakfast cooked by Justine, I was introduced to other holiday makers by Jon. I found Inglewood outstanding. Inglewood is just a short stroll from the beach & the shops. During the night, it was very quite & I slept really well. The bed was extremely comfy & had a Tv in my room along with a hair dryer..I am so impressed & happy with Inglewood, that I would loved to have stayed for a couple of extra days. (Inglewood is a must!! 😃 I hope to return again soon. Jon & Justine have really made my stay at their guest house the perfect holiday. Thank you Jon & Justine.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Iglewood B&B! The exceptional hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The hosts went out of their way to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay. The rooms were not only nice and comfortable, but they were also impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast they served. Not only did they cater to various dietary preferences, but the owners even prepared a special and delightful vegan version just for us. It's these personal touches that truly set Iglewood B&B apart. We also appreciated the convenience of having space for bicycles. It made exploring the area so much easier. And speaking of convenience, the small touches like having snacks in the room were such a thoughtful gesture. It really made us feel at home and well taken care of. Overall, our experience at Iglewood B&B was beyond fantastic. From the warm welcome to the comfortable rooms, delicious food, and all the extra help and touches, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We can't wait to return and enjoy their hospitality once again!

Nothing to complain about

Everything the room is beautiful has Everything you need including tv which you can link Netflix etc The couple were friendly nothing to much bother. Breakfast was bang on one of the best breakfasts I've had . As much coffee as you want at breakfast . Continental. Full English cereal juice etc etc

There was nothing I didn't like.

Literally everything is perfect! The landlords are friendly and heartwarming! My room is very clean and cozy! The breakfast is just amazing!

Well, nothing really. The only thing is maybe that the mobile signal is not very good in the house, so I need to get out to have phone calls sometimes. But that's some common thing and it doesn't bother me at all.

I liked everything...Justine & Jon where very welcoming...nothing was too much trouble...Justine sourced out a massage parlour prior to my visit...the breakfast was scrummy and hot...plenty top ups on coffee...very friendly...perfect location...minutes walk to high street and beach...would highly recommend this B&B...deffo deserves more stars 🌟

What's not to like...

Owners and their regular guests made me feel so welcome and were really helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Very clean. Comfy bed. Right by the High Street and beach, bus stops and easy walk to the station.

Booking.com description made me think there was a fridge in the room. There is a fridge which is great but it isn't in the room. Its a large communal fridge which was clean and plenty of space so not a problem for me but not what I was expecting.

A few minutes walk to the beach and the High Street. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely room freshly decorated. Teabags and biscuits topped up every day. Toiletries supplied, Great full English breakfast. Comfy bed. Plenty of sockets for phone charger etc.

Nothing serious really- A chair in the room would have been nice, but I appreciate there is not much space for it.

Great guesthouse owners polite and very amicable nicely decorated,comfortable and clean. Great breakfast at a time that suits.

No parking outside but available short distance away.

Very well refurbished property. Very good breakfast, not the cheapest ingredients available but really tasty. Owners very informative about the island and extremely helpful. Very big thank you.

Nothing, everything was great.

Amazingly clean and fresh in my room. (Small double- No.6) All looked almost new. Double bed was super comfy and the bedding very pleasant. I loved the large framed sparkly beach scene on the wall. Chest of drawers of great quality. Hosts were friendly and obviously trying hard. Location is 5 mins walk from everywhere in Sandown. Considering it was one of the cheapest options in Sandown, very good value as my room was excellent.

The good points heavily outweigh the bad points. However, my room was cold on my first night and no heating. Stairs to room 6 are very steep and would be very challenging to the elderly. I found the smell of the gel air freshener in the ensuite bathroom pervasive and unpleasant, but I have a sensitive sense of smell. And nothing to do with the guest house, every time I visit Sandown, sadly it seems more run down and dilapidated.
