The welcome from staff was excellent, and the interaction with all staff was superb. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff friendly, helpful and professional. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Bedding and bathroom accessories presented nicely. Restaurant staff very polite, professional and couldn’t do more. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of milk etc in room.

Access was a little difficult for our friend, who has mobility problems, but the reception staff were quick to point out the pathway that made access a lot easier. Staff very keen to help and offer to carry case for friend. Excellent service. Thanks.

The hotel is lovely. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were great. We enjoyed a family swim before breakfast. It was warm, clean and we had the pool to ourselves. The breakfast was superb and the head waiter, Andy was a fab host. The location is great, easy walk down to the sea and coastal restaurants, shops and entertainment. It is also lovely being able to hear the relaxing waves from the room.

The carpet in the room could do with an upgrade although we can see the lovely touches that the staff do from the cleaning to the decor. The hotel been modernised already.

Great seaview from our room. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent housekeeping. Clean towels and lovely clean bedding. Replenishment of refreshment tray everyday. Plentiful breakfast, great selection with buffet style and cooked breakfast. Great breakfast time, so didn't have to get up too early. Had entertainment on some evenings and friendly bar staff. All in all we enjoyed it.

The shower was pretty rubbish with much reduced water pressure. The chairs in the room, were just dining chairs, not comfortable to sit on for any length of time. We had a superior room, so would have thought chairs would have been better. Beds and mattress tired, a little uncomfortable.

Very pleased with our stay here on our round the IoW cycle trip. Kim let us in an hour and a half before due check in time and kindly let us store all 4 bikes in the unused dining area. Rooms were huge, beds were comfortable quiet clean with a well stocked tea and coffee tray. Plenty of plugs for charging and a great location on the sea front. Superb breakfast and overall good value

Not much that we did not like. Adjusting the shower to get hot water just right was a challenge at times but not a showstopper and a fixed shower screen would be good.

the property is ok but not what we expect the room is very minimal and they don’t do the cleaning they only empty bins and don’t hoover everyday .And toilet wasn’t cleaned when we arrived . .We have to request another electric fan as it’s too. i thought this is fully air conditioned but it’s not I have an asthma and the floor is not cleaned and the shower is not great .old fashioned the door knob in toilet is broken we stayed at door 61 .

The cooked breakfast was made to order every morning so was delicious. The staff at breakfast were helpful and attentive, we were impressed with the number of staff. The manager was helpful and carried out suitcase to our car when we left. The bedrooms were cosy, comfortable beds. The lift really helped too. There was free parking at the hotel. It did get busy but we always managed to park. The location of the hotel is excellent, right by a sandy beach with lovely walks.

The only thing that could be improved was our shower over the bath. It was a slow trickle which did make washing hair a long job! Maybe a proper shower needs to be put in please.

We got the best room at the hotel possibly with gorgeous view of the sea. The room itself was large enough and clean. Basic amenities were there too. The swimming pool was clean and a really good addition. But the best bit is actually the staff and the actual service we received throughout our stay- We realised we needed a bigger room a few days before and a simple request is all it took and the promptly managed to upgrade us for a minor extra payment. The staff at the reception was always professional and friendly. I requested for floats as my daughter who is not fully water confident wanted to swim after breakfast. A simple request and the floats were ready at the table when we turned up. The staff at the breakfast were always helpful and on the ball.

It is clean - but tired and dated. The parking - especially for the disabled - is no better than adequate. The meals are nice but not value for money. This is a three-star hotel that charges four-star prices. It’s an ‘okay’ place that could do better if it better invested in its services…

Room-The room was comfortable, had a good night's sleep and everything was working. Meals-The food was of a very high quality and happy now that we can help ourselves to more at the bar. Environment-A pleasant environment, lively and staff interacting well with customers to make stay more welcoming. Bar-The selection of drinks was good and had live entertainment for one of the two nights I was staying.

Room-Only problem I encountered was the tap in the bathroom. The hot water took a while to come through. Hotel-Only issue was that I was informed that the hotel would lock up at 8pm. So I came back around 9.30pm and was still unlocked. Shouldn't say they would lock up if they are not going to. Location-Bit of a walk to town.

Lovely hotel, we had a sea view deluxe room , it was very comfortable though we could hear the occupants of the adjoining room which was a shame. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff extremely helpful.

We stayed Friday night during the late May bank holiday. We used the bar but it was soul less. It was very large and empty. We assumed (only explanation we could come up with) it was mainly used for coach parties for entertainment but clearly no coach parties during our stay. We found this a little disappointing. We would have enjoyed a smaller cosier bar area as traveled just as a couple.
