The cottage was lovely with many nice touches to make us feel welcome - a kitchen welcome basket and fresh flowers in the living room. I would have rated it higher but we did have problems with the hot water system making a great deal of noise at random times along with difficulty getting the towel warmers and heating units in the bedrooms to work. The hosts were very responsive and did what they could to solve the noise problem but it required a part that wasn't available until after we left. I would recommend this place because of how nice it was along with the easy walk to the High Street and bus stop that we used each day.

Gorgeous little cottage. Clean and pretty, walking distance from the train station and the heart of the village. Quiet and private but a perfect spot from which to explore the Cottswolds, Stratford, Oxford, etc. We loved it!

We loved everything. The host was perhaps more "hands off" than we are used to: no welcome email, no goodbye email, no check-in throughout our visit. When we reached out, two days prior to our visit, to ask for information she responded that we would be told all we need to know 24 hours before arrival. So we couldn't purchase train tickets or make plans for the day. Not a big deal but just a bit odd.

Adorable cottage with convenient location right by train station. Beautiful and charming and nice welcome basket. Fans for hot weather. Spacious bedrooms to make travel organization easier. Part of the charm of the cottage is the low clearance on a couple of the doorways. My husband is tall and kept forgetting and whacked his head a couple times! So be careful if you have tall people with you! Great location near town and train station which was essential for us with no car. Beautiful church across the way with lovely church bells on Sunday! We had a fabulous 2 days here.

Very clean, very cool in the heat 🥵 beautiful little cottage. Lovely gift basket upon arrival with essentials and treats. Both toilets are upstairs, which was fine for us, but if you are older and/or physically less able, it might not be ideal. Location is a 2 minute walk from centre, spot on!

Only issues were: bed was uncomfortable, my wife and I don't have back issues and stay very fit, so to get back ache was quite something. I think new mattresses are required. Shower cubicle in en suite is so narrow that I ended up using shower in main bathroom instead.

A great location in Moreton in Marsh as it is only a few minutes from the High Street and less than 10 minutes walk from the station. Trains go to Oxford and Paddington every hour. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Free parking was avialable nearly outside the door on a quite road up to the local school. The cottage was lovely with welcome hamper which included milk and procesco as well as plenty of tea and coffee pods. The garden had seating for 6 people around the outdoor table which was a nice place to sit. We enjoyed visiting Sezincote house (which you could walk to along a footpath), Oxford for the day and doing the Moreton eight walk.

Everything seemed very good although the salt and papper had run out luckily there are nearby shops and that is only a very small thing compared with all the things we liked.

Fantastic welcome basket, milk in the fridge. communication from Gemma was excellent. Really had a wow factor, when we walked into property. Clean, well equipped and exceptional location. really was home from home.

a couple of minor things, dripping tap in main bathroom, back bedroom mattress really hard and no long mirror ( a must for us ladies)

Great location on a quiet street just back from High St. Cottage was lovely and furnished really nicely. Had pretty much everything we needed. Easy to access. Plenty of space (we were a group of 4 adults). Front garden was lovely with beautiful flowers.

Parking was OK but street in front of cottage was closed where a space was expected. Managed to get spaces nearby so should only be an issue on very busy days for parking.

Location was perfect, 5 mins walk into Moreton. Didn’t use the kitchen facilities as only there two nights but everything you would want should you wish to self cater.

If I’m being picky, could probably have an extra chest of drawers in the bedrooms and more coat hangers but for a two night stay it was fine

Magnolia is a huge cottage which was well-equipped with plenty of crockery. All the beds were comfortable and cosy, the rooms were all huge!! The log fire had many different logs and it was perfect for marshmallow toasting! I recommend this for a fun, cosy break to Moreton-in-Marsh! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location was great and the cottage was very pretty and well decorated. We especially loved the gardens, parking and that we could walk a couple of minutes into the little town for everything we needed. The host also provided a basket of local produce which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the rope bannister wasn't secure to the wall and would have been a hazard for children. Host was notified but it wasn't resolved during our stay.
