The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The Tv was a good size and had a range of channels. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of savory food, fruit and breakfast cereals.

The lift was not to be used as it was overheating. The sausages, rashers and eggs could have been hotter. I know you have to protect yourself from people who could sue you because they say the food is too hot. I think that a breakfast of rashers, sausages, eggs and hash browns should be hot. But it is the same in most hotels, the hot food is not hot. I wanted to eat at 3pm one day but the kitchen was closed. I went to Greggs and wish I had not as their hot food was not hot either.

The receptionists were very good to me anythingbi asked for was provide. The b/fast was brilliant ,good choices but wish tinned tomatoes were on menu . Cleaning staff deserve a big thank you, so friendly and accommodating. Everybody made my little dog lhasa apso welcome He was pampered so much by staff. . The receptionist did two shifts and night too was very professional even though tired ,just remember her name start with c .,also Andrea made it home from home as recovering from a spell in hospital. Please praise them . Really liked stand to buy toiletries and snacks .

Everything was perfect .

The woman at check-in on Friday at 3pm was AMAZING. She was attentive and made check-in so quickly and easily. We even stopped to keep chatting. Bed super comfy, room and bathroom nice and clean.

On check out, the staff were rude and dismissive when I tried to report an issue with the shower. The drain was blocked!! The woman shushed me away to another member of staff. Really unprofessional and not what we normally come across with your brand.

Everything was great apart from it's actually a glorified knocking shop. Girls yelling out, screaming, men grunting, same the next night. I didnt like this, on the positive side the noise was dimmed when window was closed. Cars arriving with middle aged men in. Stayed an hour or so then left. Cars pulling up to back of car park. Light dimmed then they left within an hour without getting out of their cars. Strong stench of drugs (weed). Police arrived and arrested a lad but without noise or fuss. Lots of men walking parimeter of car park on their phones and staring up at windows It's a shame because the hotel is immaculate, clean and welcoming and cost per night is well affordable. I stayed 3 days and will book again.

Decent sized clean room with good shower. Hotel has large car park and is located just of the M1 but is unaffected by noise from the motorway. Very courteous staff. Nice food in the restaurant.

Toilet seat was loose. Basin and Shower drained very slowly. Bed sheet was stained. I had requested a quiet room, but I was woken up at 2am by conversation outside, below my bedroom window which was directly above the entrance to the hotel. Coffee from machine at breakfast was dreadful because the milk was overheated so tasted horrible.

Staff very friendly. I had a bad fall they looked after me very well checking on me and taking barney my dog frequently out for walks ,nothing was too much SONNY MNG was brilliant and caring lovely man. Stayed longer to respite me well enough to leave All staff excellent.

Like everything nice clean ,comfy B/fast very good lots of choice but would be nice to add tinned tomatoes not all like normal tomato and cheaper a lot of food wasted .

Room was spacious and clean. Evening meal was pleasant and hot.

Travelling alone and having to order my meal at the bar meant that by the time I had ordered and given my table number a group of people just there for drinks had seated themselves at my table so I had to go and choose another one go back to the bar and amend the table number - would be good if there was a system whereby you had a stand to put on the table saying table taken while a lone traveller went and ordered

Parking Location and fair price😄

The building need to work on cleaning the rooms, corridors and lifts constantly checking. the floors/carpet are very dusty .we came to the roim with used left over toilet roll almost gone so i have to go down and get some. We stayed foe 2 nights and 3 days and the corridors from the rooms going to the lifts has never been cleaned/hoovered. The inside lift not been cleaned and wiped the walls with stain and sticky.

Like the location. Not far from the motorway.

People, sat in front of the entrance,smoking. Need to move the smoking area...need a fridge and a better fan in the bedroom 402.....it's not fair on non smokers to enter the building going pass the people who are smoking in front of the entrance...and no one was there to clean the ashes and with people just putting their smoking ends on the floor as the bins were full....

Had everything I needed . Was comfortable and not cramped . Bed was really comfortable . Could put the heating on when I felt abit chilly .

Didn’t think my room was overly clean . It wasn’t bad , but sink was dirty . Thought it had a crack in the sink , but it wasn’t it had a long dark hair :-/ Carpet was ok . Wish I’d brought my slippers 😅 Kettle had water in. Didn’t know how long it had sat there . Had to empty it .
