This was a great stopping off point before a day in Oxford. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The price, including breakfast and overnight parking was very good value. If you wanted a cooked breakfast there was a lot on offer.

The saccharine sweet drinks at breakfast were nowhere near apple or orange juice and I doubt if they would pass as squash. Also you would have needed arms like an orangutang to reach the soap container from the bath =- not everyone likes showers. These are quibbles because overall we were very satisfied.

Room cleaning- Rust on paper towel dispenser. Could easily be cleaned and shines up. Gym very basic. Just a few machines. Only one Dumbbell set which only has the lightest weights- Not suitable for a real workout! No vegetarian options on hot food breakfast buffet. Mum is a vegetarian and expected a vegetarian sausage! Only fried eggs on breakfast buffet. Yolk was not runny. No scrambled egg on offer. Snacks sold in foyer very overpriced. (Crisps, chocolate, sweets)

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful. I had left something very sentimental and only realised three days after arriving back home. Thankfully one of the cleaners had noticed it in the room and put it behind the main desk. They didn’t have to do that and I’m so grateful they did. When I phone to ask the receptionist was very helpful, kind and understanding. She carefully explained how to organise to have it returned by post and a few days later I was reunited with my lost possessions. I am externally grateful and very impressed with the whole team’s proactive and professional approach.

A herbal tea would have been nice but not essential.

Staff extremely helpful, booked me a taxi, looked after my bag etc. Room exceptionally clean and comfy.

The midnight fire alarm apparently caused by someone showering without closing the bathroom door. Maybe stickers on bathroom doors asking people to shut the door? Also the breakfast quality and quantity was v poor. Only 1 orange in fruit basket, ham and cheese platters empty, just 2 croissants left and this was before 9am.

We were travelling through so was a great stopover. I was dubious when I saw the price and the review rating but I have to say was pleasantly surprised. the staff were lovely the rooms were basic but very clean. Considering we were on the motorway it was very quiet. We didn’t eat there but if we were to stay again we definitely would. great places to stop if your travelling through. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel needs a refresh inside. there is no lift so not great for accessibility. The carpets in the stairwells need replacing as they are worn. it generally needs an uplift.

Perfect for what we needed which was a night stay as we travelled down South. Arrived at around 10pm and was checked in immediately. Staff double checked that the car reg was correct which was nice. Room clean, modern, nice and spacious. We booked an Executive Double Room and this came with a double and a single bed (wasn't needed). Bathroom was fine and shower powerful & hot. Bed was comfortable and slept well. No issues with noise. Overall, would happily stay here again as it met the requirements for an overnight stay whilst travelling.

Great location. Easy parking. Very friendly staff. Clean and a good shower. Breakfast was disappointing. Looked forward to the ‘juicyfruit salad ‘ there wasn’t one just individual apples and cheap oranges . Only two pastries , croissants and a pastry with jam inside . There was no proper orange or apple juice instead an orange or apple flavoured drink . There was a cooked breakfast option .

Reception staff very welcoming, check in was quick and easy, room was spacious and clean, we had a double and a single bed, tv, bath/shower (shower was powerful) great lighting, heater on the wall warmed up the room very quick.

Sink had alot of scratches (my son has Sensory processing disorder and was a little freaked out about this but calmed down once I showed him they were just scratches) Hairdryer didn't work but I didn't report this. Heater made a tapping noise when it was on so we had it on before sleeping and had to turn it off but the room was warm enough to not have it on all night.

We stayed at the Ramada Oxford services due to the location close to The Springs golf club where i was playing a tournament the day after (15th). We were able to watch the European Final on the lounge TV in a very quiet atmosphere. drinks and food available as required. absolutely perfect. The room was well appointed and modern furnishing. Black out curtains nice touch and very little noise from the adjacent car park and service area. The service was exceptional.

Paying for parking, that surely should be included in a hotel which is on a motorway junction so most travellers woll be in cars! The communal areas as bit tired, dated and sad compared to rooms. Corridor/stair carpets looked old and stained, dark wood doors and bannisters rather oppressive against not longer very white walls whixh gave a shanbby look.
