Family room number 13 was fresh, clean and new and very good size, plus right at the back so very quiet and out of the way of the pub music etc. Food was very good, two massive plates of fish and chips and a very good Vegan burger so we were all pleasantly surprised.

Only thing that let it down was the mixer shower bath tap, it has the most intense water pressure that it could almost skin you alive and there was no clear way of getting the temperature right in the shower, as well as the pressure without water also coming out of the tap. The result, warm face, cold running water on feet. So have a bath instead.

Very clean , food was good and well presented , staff were very friendly , room was refurbished and bed was comfortable , not noisy at all , all in all good 😁

Bathroom / toilet , extremely small , ok to manage for one nights stay , but wouldn't want to stay in there (6) any longer , i have to say no on room expectations because of the above 🤔

No breakfast provided, but the family owned pub and staff were very polite, helpful & accommodating They had a pub quiz and a band on in our stay, didn't make to the band but quiz night really good & entertaining. Great base for doing out & seeing the sights, defo needed a car though as nearest shops were a car ride away.

No breakfast provided but they explained why, wished there were some local shop you could walk to. Could've done with a bigger tv in the room.

Travelled with my 2 daughters and was given the room right at the back of the property. Not sure if this was done due to me having kids with me as meant didn't hear any noise at all form the Pub on the Saturday evening. Thank you anyway! Pub seemed very lively from what i could see, lovely old building. Hallways had all been recently painted so looked good. Room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were amazing, even tho it was a busy bar night, they managed to help us with every query we had. Would definitely recommend. Rooms were clean. One room had a spa bath which was amazing and perfectly soothing. The other room we had was a family accessible room which had a remarkably hot shower (adjustable to liking)

Family room poorly signed and couldn’t find first time around. Also, no food available at certain times. I.E brekkie or late night.

Breakfast was not available on site lunch and dinner is and was very good, the owner and staff were very helpful, very friendly and could not do enough for you. I appreciate everything they did for us and it is clean to satisfaction.

The pub hotel is very nice. I have no fault with the hotel pub, but I do have a fault with booking.com because when I got there we had a double bed room, father and daughter is not appropriate so we had to make shift with the help of the staff and owner that to put up another bed in the room. As requested on your website booking.com. It should automatically do a family room not a double bed for a child and adult.

Great and friendly staff, very helpful also in a bit out-of-ordinary situations. The pub has great music and lovely atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated. The garden outside was also great to sit and chill.

The hotel doesn't deliver breakfast and it is necessary to go with a car to get any breakfast. The rooms also didn't really have any facilities to have breakfast there.

The place was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, well-organized, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet calm and peaceful.

The Lugger Inn is a lovely pub/hotel. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. There was a live band on Friday evening (which started after we'd finished supper and stopped just as we were going to bed. It was fun and convivial and there is also a quiet room - so we were able to enjoy a bop on the dancefloor and a chat on the sofa in the room next door and it was quiet when we went to bed. Supper was very good - the food is excellent - and the service was very good - warm, friendly and attentive.

There was a very minor issue in our bathroom, and the manager sorted it out efficiently and quickly.
