Everything. Nothing not to like here. Even fabulous weather! Rooms are great. This time had room in cottage by main house and perfect. Own patio to work and enjoy sun - amazing view looking out on the Fleet. Bed super comfy. Everything spotlessly clean. Decent coffee maker in room. All you need - blanket, chairs, outside chairs, robes and slippers, high quality bath products, desk, small fridge, fab reading lights on each side of bed, fan in room …. Food delicious. Every time. Staff fabulous - friendly, helpful, hard working, welcoming - go out of their way to take care of guests. Also lovely people - not a big turnover which is unusual for hospitality - whoever recruits is getting it right !! Location - beyond lovely. Facilities - so many - I really mean it. It’s a small hotel which punches its weight. Tennis courts, squash, snooker, skittles alley, swimming pool, games room - football area, kids climbing wall, tramperttes, table tennis, football table, indoor arcade games (so much fun), gaming area (very cool), lounge area (lovely) , small kids area - cinema room, escape room, science room - then lots of extra activities for kids. Am sure I’ve missed many too…! Hotel also fab - theee cosy large lounges, open fires, indoor / outdoor seating areas, spa area (massages are excellent.l) etc A final favourite thing - walking down garden to sit at waters edge. The feeling - imagine someone has just put a blanket of balm over you. It’s magical.

Beautiful peaceful location, although the hotel is geared up for families, the children have a kids club and a play barn together with numerous outdoor activities. There are two indoor heated pools and a spa area. Therefore the hotel remains peaceful . The service is quietly very efficient , welcoming and friendly. Dogs are also welcome and have their own shower complete with a stack of fresh towels. There are coastal paths to walk from the hotels garden. Outside the restaurant is a terrace for outdoor meals. Quite a find would love to go back .

The location and views are wonderful. The facilities for kids are amazing, plenty to keep them entertained even on rainy days. The pool is cleverly split into three to enable kids of different ages to all have lots of space. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant staff were lovely.

The floor in the room was very dusty and bit dirty. Overall the menu food felt overpriced and average, especially for vegetarians. Mixed experience with the staff in the Four Bears Den, some were lovely, others a bit grumpy. Not clear on whether they change nappies - we collected our son early because he was upset, but he also had a dirty nappy (despite us leaving the nappy bag).

Location is great. Staff are super friendly, and very helpful. Very dog friendly, but still a quality place to stay. Room was lovely, had everything you need, newly refurbishrd bathroom which was great. Breakfasts were good lots of choice ans good quality. The lounges have open fires snd comfortable sofas. Very chilled stay. Customer service was brilliant and friendly, nothing too much for them to help.

You have to bear in mind it's very child friendly, aswell.. So lots of young families here, which wasn't a problem most of the time. I ordered pasta both nights for tea, as it was easiest on menu to have room service. Unfortunately it was very bland and over cooked. I didn't try anything else so can't comment.

Beautiful room and lovely touches for the stay of my dog. The facilities were fantastic (or would have been if they were all available). We had to discover the dog shower for ourselves; with a facility this good guests with pets should be told about right from the outset - it was brilliant!

I was a little disappointed that the pool was closed for the duration of our stay due to a chemical imbalance. I understand that this couldn't be helped (due to a power cut affecting the filtration system), however I was a little disappointed that the sauna was also shut. This was the facility I was wanting to use the most.

Moon fleet manor was so relaxing and cosy. Our room was upgraded which was a lovely touch and the room was absolutely gorgeous! The main hotel is stylish and cosy, the food was good and the service was also friendly and relaxed. Our dog was treated like royalty from a big comfy bed, toys, treats and even room service!

My only critique is that the pool and sauna are separate from the treatment rooms and it would be nice for them to be together so that you can use the sauna/pool and have your treatments. The buildings where the pool, sauna and treatments are also a bit tired and not to the same caliber as the main hotel. Shared changing rooms with no dressing amenities and lockers that don’t lock without £ coins isn’t really luxury. And as I said, the treatment rooms were a bit dated and in need of a revamp. Treatment itself was fab! I think investing in those facilities would go along way!

Fabulous and comfortable bedroom, beautiful communal spaces, relaxing atmosphere

A small criticism- The Sauna . Sadly “ hogged” by a few chaps at the time we visited . Whilst we used the pool in the meantime and happily waited our turn, after an hour of waiting we gave up! One guy even left the sauna at this point , and saw us waiting and said to us “ I just need some water , but I’m going right back in ! “ 🙄 Maybe a sign erected on the sauna to respectfully remind users that this is a shared facility. But really , this was a small fly in our ointment, as otherwise we had a fabulous weekend away

The location was amazing. The staff were very attentive and very friendly I was upgraded to a larger room “ Lady Noble” The food was very good especially breakfast which was included in the price. Food was well cooked and nicely presented

The dining room was very basic in its appearance - definitely aimed at families whereas as an adult travelling alone I would have liked a more luxurious setting- however I was able to dine in the lounges which enabled me to dine in peace and quiet. The lunch and dinner menu were quite limited

On arrival we were told that our room had been upgraded. The room that we were given was absolutely beautiful and certainly helped to make our stay very memorable. The reception staff were excellent, very friendly and showed us where all the facilities were. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but the breakfast and lunch were lovely. All the staff that we met were warm and welcoming especially in the restaurant and the spa. The wreath on the day was very blustery, but I can imagine that if you were staying with children there would still be more than enough to keep them entertained.

There was nothing that we didn’t like and plan to stay again.

Beautiful location. Our room was excellent, spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, superb bedlinen and towels. Special mention must be made of the very good bedside reading lamps, a rarity in many hotels. Loved the bathroom, comfortable and well-designed .

Didn’t try the restaurant, as thought Weymouth might offer more choice at dinner time. Breakfast was very good - though the sausages were a bit average .
