Accommodation pleasant and clean: attractive soft furnishing and slate flooring; nice en suite; fridge handy in the hot weather we experienced. While my daughter and I were there, it was peaceful and the rooms looked onto private lawn and flowerbeds.

It needs instructions for how to use the shower - there was no indication which part turned on the overhead shower and which the moveable nozzle, so I was drenched in cold water from overhead when I thought I was turning on the other. When I had finished, I could not find any way to turn the water off and had to leave it running while I dried and dressed to go for help. Having said that, it was a nice shower once you knew how to work it! While I acknowledge there is indeed a sign saying "The Willows" outside the entrance, it is almost immediately preceded by a larger sign, placed nearer the road, which takes the attention, and we missed seeing the property.

It was off a road so very private and great big garden place for a dog to go out for a pee during the night, if necessary. My dog is 15 so needed it. Very safe. The accommodation was just really nice.

Very peaceful and a great location. Lovely having the use of a kitchen as was travelling for work. Comfortable bed. Shower very good.

Walls are quite thin. Could hear shower and toilet flushing.

Beautiful grounds in a very convenient location. There are three rooms adjoining the owners property, all ground floor. Everything was spotlessly clean, the rooms and en-suite shower rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was not included but there was a very well equipped kitchenette with everything you could possibly want to make your own.

The room & bathroom were immaculately clean, loads of hot water for the shower. Good quality linens for the bed & towels. The facilities provided within the room were exceptional, loved having the fridge, lots of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits too. Lots of channels on the TV and great WiFi The kitchenette was amazing, so easy to make breakfast & snacks after a day out, literally everything you needed

only personal preference as we have king size bed at home, the double suddenly felt quite small, however the mattress topper and pillows were very comfortable.

Excellent service Very clean Very professional initially booked for 1 week for work, ended up extending it for 4 weeks. Only moved on as contract for work ended in Wincanton. Sally is very helpful and polite. I don’t like landlord/manger to be in the way especially if it’s a long stay and Sally gave me that space but always was there if I needed anything. I would most certainly book again if I ever come back to Wincanton

it was exactly what we needed as a family of three and great to have our own beds as we usually have to share mother and daughter we chose this place because it was good facilities and in a location we wanted to be in and very good value I cant express how important this holiday was for me and my family revisiting places where we had been with their father when he was alive and as nurses needing a much needed break and rest and restoration that we desperatly needed thank you

we were a little restricted to all facilities due to covid but were used to wearing masks all the time at work and being restricted so it didnt affect us like that

Location was suitable for our activities, having the use of a kitchen to make our own meals was really good.

Location. Also, very clean, well decorated, comfortable premises. A fully fitted kitchen with appliances, crockery etc for guest use was outstanding. Also, a fridge in every guest room was an excellent extra.
