As for UK standards, the room was exceptionally large and spacious. It didn't have an en suite bathroom, but it did come with a sink, which was a huge plus. There was never any queue to the bathroom / loo while I was there (might have been due to low season - early November). Fully equipped kitchen at guests disposal - very nice. The accommodation is centrally located - a ten-minute walk from the train station, similarly close to the University Halls (where Bob Dylan played a two-night residency. Super friendly contact with the landlord/owner via Booking website, problem free entry to the building (the little locker/safe/code worked fine and we're easy to locate, too). If I ever need to stay in Wolverhampton again, I will book this place again.

It was a bit on an expensive side (I paid an almost identical price per night in London/Paddington for a room with en suite bathroom the same week), but since Wolverhampton is not a tourist destination and there are limited accommodation options, it's natural that the prices might be relatively higher. AND a concert of a big act surely bumped it, too. No complaints, though. Had it been £10 cheaper per night, it would have been perfect.

Everything, the bed was so comfortable clean secure and tidy. Struggled to find the entrance as Google takes you to the wrong side of the building, however the host was great although it was late the host answered and directed me over the phone to correct the entrance. Well mannered pleasant and polite. will most definitely stay again.

Not so much I didn't like it but a mention in access about the snowhill entrance when booking would be great.

The accommodation is in a great location, close to everything. It was easy to find and park. The room is large, comfortable and clean. As are the other (shared) rooms - the kitchen, shower and toilet. The facilities are also quite good.

We ran out of toilet paper within the first hour and couldn’t find any anywhere, so we needed to buy a new roll but the other guests quickly used it up too, since the toilet was shared. It was annoying but not a big deal. The mirror lights didn’t work.

Very surprised by just how well this works. I'm an ' elder gent' who would appreciate a private loo just so I'm not disturbing others with my comings and goings all night BUT. ... Very well thought out. Clean, elegantly laid out. Good kitchen, shower and loo facilities. I thought I'd have problems sleeping in 'the big city' on a Friday night as I'm from a very, very quiet rural area but no, bed was so comfy I slept like a log. Many thanks to the team for such a great service. Very much appreciated.

I had problems with finding the car park. Thought I knew the area as I was a Wulfrunian for the first 40 years of my life but apparently not. What3Words address needed.prone.soft gets you into the carpark 😉👍

I arrived at exactly 3pm and the key collection system wasn't set up for me, but the manager was incredably helpful and friendly and got me sorted out and settled in really quickly. The room was lovely and warm and immaculately clean. As were the toilet and kitchen. Check in instructions (illustrated) were really thorough and reliable - if only I'd been two minutes later, at least!

Nothing! I don't recall the last time I was so impressed with a room. But the one electric socket was hidden behind the bed, so finding that entertained me briefly.

Good location not far from the train station and close to KKs Steelmill and the town centre. Always clean and fresh rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Staff friendly. No noise indoors.

Larger mugs for a cup of tea!! Tiny coffee cups are no good for a cuppa!! Was a little chilly when I arrived, but the radiator wasn't on. New mattresses might be in order as they're starting to sink in the middle.

Close to the train station and KK's Steelmill. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff/ owner. Nicely decorated. Clean kitchen. Bottle of water and biscuit in room.

Not having your own bathroom or kettle in the room, or a window you could see out of as it was over 5' from the ground! I knew it was a shared bathroom, but I do prefer not having to share nor having to walk down the corridor to the toilet or shower. Tiny tea cups! Mugs are needed!!

I liked how independent it felt to do a self check in, it made it easier to begin our stay. I also liked how neat and clean the space was.

The window wouldn't stay open properly, and it was a particularly warm weekend, however this is something to do with the actual building rather than the accommodation team.

The property was a short walk from KK's Steel Mill, where we were seeing a band that night, so that and the free parking so close to the centre of Wolverhampton were huge factors in staying here. The bed was quite small but nevertheless very comfortable. Although basic everything was very clean. There was a kitchen for shared use, but we didn't use it.

The code to collect the key didn't work, so eventually we had to phone for someone to come out and help us to get into the property. He arrived very quickly and with a smile though :) The fact that the toilet and separate shower were shared is the only reason we wouldn't stay here again, although for a one night stay it wasn't too much of an inconvenience and we did know this when we booked. The electric sockets were all hidden behind either the bed or the wardrobe, so that didn't help, either!

I'd happily stay again, in fact this was my second stay within a couple of weeks. Room was still clean and cosy and the shared bathroom facilities were clean and I never had to queue. It did take me a wee while to.find the place and navigate the self check-in on my first visit but this time was an absolute breeze.

No complaints, I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in town for a gig.
