Great location for the event we were attending, and there is a 24hr McDonald's a minute walk away which is super useful for a late night snack or breakfast. Driveway parking (quite small but my car fitted easily with another car on there already). Apartment was clean and much bigger than expected and it was lovely to have all the kitchen facilities in the room. The main double bed was very comfortable. Jay the manager was great with communication from the point of booking right through to after checkout, very polite and helpful.

Only a small thing but the sofa bed in the room wasn't very comfortable at all, the mattress was very thin and it sagged a lot. OK for one night like we did, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that for more than that.

I was in Wolverhampton attending a gig at a local venue and not only was Holcombe House close to the venue, it was also fantastic value for money. The general manager Jay was incredibly responsive to all of my messages and was possibly the best remote host I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. My room was immaculate and the shower had enough pressure and plenty of hot water. The only thing that was missing for me was a decaffeinated option for the coffee but without a shadow of a doubt I believe that if I'd raised this with Jay prior to my arrival it would have been there. I will know for next time.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The little kitchenette was very useful and we used the micowave. We liked the welcome note left by the host. We had to enter the property and our room using a door code.

On our return from a night out the door code wouldnt work to let us back in. There was another guest with us and the code for them wouldnt work either, We had to phone the host at gone midnight who thankfully answered the phone was able to let us all in remotely.

The room and bathroom was spotless, couldn't fault it. The bed was really comfy.Location was fab we went to the Hangar and it was only 10mins walk away. A McDonald's less than 2 mins walk away. Which was fab for breakfast. There is two local conveinces stores just down the road which was great to pick up snacks! We had no trouble parking on the road. We didn't see any staff but to be honest, you we were well informed and didn't feel that we needed to see anyone.

No complaints but just make sure you remember your door code when you nip to McDonald's ! As there are no keys just door codes.

One of the best places to stay in Wolverhampton! The room is always clean and organised and feels very safe. The location is perfect—close to the city centre, pubs, and restaurants. My favourite room is the one with the garden view—it’s my little escape place, peaceful and relaxing after a long day. I always enjoy my stay here and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸✨

Nothing; Everything is perfect

This apartment was ideal for what I wanted - somewhere, nice, secure, clean and comfortable for just one night, that was close to RAF Cosford for the Airshow the next day. I needed to arrive early to avoid well known queuing for entry problems if you arrive at Cosford any later than 8.30am, and as I live nearly 3 hours' drive away I didn't fancy a 5am start on a Sunday. The drive form the apartment at 7.20am to 20 minutes to the Airbase and parked up. There is even a McDonalds less than 100 metres from the apartment meaning I picked up a drive-through breakfast as I set off t the air show. Self-check-in was achieved through digital door locks to the main door and apartment room, and worked well. Room was nice and clean, comfortable, and warm!

The windows had no means of being locked in to a air-vent setting, so I had to close them when I went out, meaning the room was very warm when I arrived and when I came back from going out to eat dinner, That was despite the heating not being on (so far as I could tell by touching the radiator). In farness this is no big problem or gripe, as opening the windows fully for a few minutes after coming in cooled the room down, and it would certainly not put me off staying or booking again in future. Parking the car is pot luck but was OK for me as there was a on-street space (no cost) within 50 feet.

Great location easily accessible to buses, taxis and the town centre. Was perfect for my stay in Wolverhampton. Very clean facility, provided all you might need. Hair dryer and iron(though I didn’t need it but was thoughtful of them) a microwave, kettle, enough towels, tissues, teabags, cups and a whole lot . The place was exceptionally clean. In fact I was so impressed. Will definitely chose this place anytime I visit again. Thank you Manager Jay, he was so efficient with providing instructions on how to find my way around. I got into the facility with no stress at all. Did I mention the free WiFi? Also a number was provided in case you need a taxi. Will give this a 6 star 🙂

Really nice property, very efficiently managed. Jay the Manager was incredibly helpful. We were lucky to be upgraded to room 6 which had its own kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable bed, sofa, etc. Really convenient for seeing a band at KKs.

The front door entry point is a little narrow when you have a suitcase and you’re trying to put in the door code but it was all manageable.

Such a comfortable bed and room and everything was spotless. There was everything I could have possibly needed in the room and kitchenette with the added bonus of a toaster and other appliances in the communal areas. I was blissfully quiet and peaceful whilst the surrounding busy areas were very accessible. The details for entrance were clear and friendly and staff were quick to respond to messages always. This is the second time I have stayed here and would highly recommend it.

Communications from owner are always great. Contact less check in works really well. Great range if rooms- all decorated in a modern style. Great having the kitchenette in rooms- microwave, fridge, kettle and sink. Also shared full kitchen in property and access to the garden. Beds dead comfy, showers great. Have stayed a few times when we're here for concerts and will no doubt be staying again later in the year. About 5- 10 mind walks to a giant Sainsburys with a food court Caffe Carluccio's, Slim Chickens, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Ed's Easy Diner and Harry Ramsden's. About 15 mins walk to town centre, 20- 25 to station.
