We did not engage in the locker for food. I think this is a great idea. The room was very nice and roomy. My partner advised he has never seen a hotel this clean. So we both were very pleased with the cleanliness of your facitily.

The only downside. We had a room for wheel chair accessibility, I know the shower is designed for them but the shower head was very hard to use and adjust for a regular person. Not even sure is a wheel chair participant would be able to adjust. Water escaped the shower floor, but there is a drain in the middle for I would guess this. This was not a deal breaker but the design seemed a little lacking. Overall nothing else I can even think of we did not like.

I love the customer service. upon my arrival until the day I left, I was greeted every time I came down the elevator to leave or before I went back up. The staff always were friendly and had smiles on their faces.

There’s not really a “pinpoint” on what I didn’t like; however, if there was one thing that could be more observant on is the snacks and drinks area. It was pretty scarce with limited options of beverages and snacks to choose from. Just a better stock up on keeping it full would be great in the future.

The staff is great!!I prefer stay there whenever I’m traveling with my job just cause of the area and it being one of the best hotels I have stayed in with my job😊

Great staff and rooms were up dated and clean. On our second night we arrived from an event around 3:30 a.m. and the staff at the front desk was present and very friendly and welcoming.

Parking was limited but we managed. I don't really have anything bad to say about our stay, but we were not at the hotel very much.

The staff was exceptional. Very nice

The bathroom is old. There were bugs going into and out of the openings where the caulk is no longer there iining tub. There’s rust on some of the pull handles.

it was close to my tournament free washer and dryer was a plus plus dog friendly but unless your dog is a service dog, you will pay a fee

The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were dirty The prices for food and condiments, downstairs in the foyer area were ridiculous and over priced The elevator was extremely small and slow slow slow!

Close parking to the front entrance. Interior entrance to room. Hotel is in good location. The bed was very comfortable. Area was quiet. Staff was very friendly. Check out was easy.

For the price no complimentary breakfast and the elevator was out of order.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean and a little dated. Someone had shaved in the sink and there was hair all around the sink stopper. Water drained slow because of it.

The staff are friendly and helpful!! Facility is clean and well kept. Have stayed here a few times without any issues. Rooms are pretty spacoius.
