Excellent location, close to the airport and the departure of some tours. Having Fred Meyers across the street is a big plus, especially in winter. Breakfast is quite good in quantity and quality. Reception working 24/7.

The airport shuttle service is no longer offered, and the room cleaning service needs to be significantly improved. We had to ask reception directly for bathroom supplies twice.

the hotel is well maintained and rooms are large enough for stays of several days , breakfast is free of charge and of good quality, good coffee is available free of charge all day in a self-serving area in the lobby, location is great - short drives to the airport and downtown Fairbanks, WiFi is stable, gym is free of charge

the smell of weed is everywhere, the 4 to 6 lane main street in front of the hotel is busy and noisy all day and night, the layout of the rooms and bathrooms could be more convenient (no armchair in the room, not enough space around the desk, bathroom sink just outside the actual bathroom with carpet instead of tile floor), the gym is very small

Love how exceptionally sanitary and sparkling clean the entire hotel room and the community areas in the hotel were in the very same surprising condition.

Really don't know what I do to get the night desk clerk and the other young lady I think she was actng as a security staff and I am 48 years old and when I was returning to the hotel room after having a very nice day going to dinner with family and cocktail after. I stopped by to get some fresh and clean towels and get a extra pillow... They were both very much rude and cussed me saying that I was drunken and get into your room Android any other towels and things you want" from your house keeper "you must be getting out of the room so they can come to clean up and I never got any other towels and pillows.

The place was nice and accommodating on check in after my son’s high school football games. But the older gentleman working breakfast REALLY MADE MY WHOLE DAY. He was friendly, talkative and turned on the football game over morning coffee!!

Someone breaking into a truck and destroying a Guys property. Seemed like the suspect was a known addict. However Best Western DID get 3 State Troopers on site with in minutes of the incident.

Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly. I rested easy, and the hotel was quiet. The location was very good. I did not have any concerns.

Location was great, breakfast was great. A sandwich stand or small concession stand would be very convenient.

I got mixed up between the 2 locations and that was inconvenient because it is very hard to get a cab.

We like your front desk staff, they are very helpful. Breakfast is simple but is ok, they told me that they have hard boil egg but I didn't find it on my visit. Pancake maker only work for one day, we had bagel instead.

Nobody come to clean our room, we asked to put on ticket for cleaning but they didn't come that is the 3rd day. The sink drainage pull was broken, we just pull the drainage tap out. No water boiler in our room, we had to go down to the lobby to get drinking water or hot water.

For some mysterious reason they start construction at 6am. Why don't you think that your guests might sleeping yet, your guests have flight last night at 1am and they chose our hotel cause it's close to airport.... Anyway it's beautiful hotel, but this was absolutely horrible to hear heavy construction at 6am

I did not used the wifi and breakfast. The computer by the front desk is slow the cache need to be emptied out. Everything else was good. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Thank you to her.

Great location, comfy bed

Guests above me having a wrestling match until after 2300 & 3 calls to the front desk. Staff just as if not more frustrated by those guests as we were.
