People were friendly! Amber did a great job trying to arrange reservations for us.

I do not like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash left in containers to be used after guests leave. Contaminants can be entered by previous guests. Additionally, clean towels should never be stored in a bathroom. When flushing fecal matter is spread in the air. Therefore, towels are no longer clean. Pet " wings" should be designated. I listened to a barking dog all night. Housing keeping should be available later in the day. Tours are offered that go through the night. When arriving back at the hotel at 3 a.m., I was greeted by a lovely staff member. However, the next day, housekeeping services were not available because I woke up too late.

Property was close enough to the airport with a complimentary shuttle and close to major shopping to stock the refrigerator and purchase additional winter gear. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated as well. Staff is very friendly.

Location was great, very clean, nice and helpful staff.

It’s pretty easy to hear everything. We heard lots from the hallway and people in the room above us. I felt bad because my family isn’t super quiet, so I know people were annoyed by us too!!!

i called the front desk to arrange shuttle service to the airport. apparently the shuttle driver called in sick and they didn’t notify us. after waiting in the lobby for 15 mins, we inquired when the shuttle would arrive and that’s when the clerk told us that there is no driver. bad communication on their part. but they called a taxi which they paid for.

Most comfortable bed of any chain I've stayed at. Right off the highway, close to Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Sportsman's Warehouse if you're camping and need anything. Morning breakfast was typical but tasty: oatmeal, sausage, potatoes, eggs, bread assortments, diced fruit, juice, coffee, cereal and variety of milks.

Only downside was Labor Day holiday, so in restaurant bar was closed amd we had to leave for dinner after a long day. Not a deal breaker though, plenty of options nearby.

Paige was definitely our favorite! She was always in a good mood, and it seemed like she just does it all! Not once did I see her just breath, she deserves a raise for her hard work! The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The fireplace and bar and nice. Trash was never left in the hallways, the cleaning team was on top of that.

Since we were there for almost a week, the breakfast got really boring. It was basically the same thing every day. The pool area could have been a little cleaner/updated, it was very old and felt like it needed an upgrade to feel clean again. There was no room service the entire time we were there, so we asked to borrow the vacuum but weren't allowed to use it. The room definitely got dirty.

everything was great ! most if the staff was really helpful. close to the bus station to use public transportation and to wal mart etc.

i think they could use an all day water station along with the hot water they had. staff consistency when we arrived the shuttle wasn’t warmed up so I needed to cal a taxi company to pick us up. when we left same thing but the concierge called the taxi for us.

Very nice breakfast. Staff was great.

It’s an older building that has been remodeled. Lacks soundproofing. Could not get hot water in shower.

Easy access, great and easy going staff.

We left for a bit before check out and came back at 9 am and couldn’t get back into our room.

I really liked all the amenities and staff and we are awesome. Very helpful.

I didn’t like the way the money was taken for payment for the hotel very disjointed and confusing.
