The tub was awesome! The owner was quite friendly. The breakfasts were very tasty. They were in the main building that was a half mile away (we measured it with the Garmin) and I really liked that as it gave us a nice walk before and after breakfast. Not everybody was as pleased. The floor was very clean.

The lights were on a motion sensor that turned them off after approx 2 min if you had not moved. This included the kitchen lights where the sensor didn't reach. I almost cut myself the first time it happened. It also made it VERY hard to read in bed. We let the owner know so we hope it gets fixed. The top of the refrigerator was filthy. The elevator didn't work and we were on the third floor. This was only an issue when we had to move our luggage.

Great views. It's really clean for the most part. The unit seemed to be well stocked. The kitchen cabinets and draws were shocked nicely with plenty of plates, cups, and utensils. The ceiling fan was great. My unit (as well as most units seemed to have) had balconies. Circle K was about a 10-minute walk.

Underneath the blanket, the sheets and the pillow cases looked used. They had that "bed's been slept in wrinkles" under the bedspread and blanket. Also, I wasn't too happy to learn that the office was located at one location, but the unit was a 3 - or 4-minute drive away. I took an Uber to the office. .... carried my luggage into the building and then up a wooden staircase, only to be told that the unit is in another location. I then had to carry my luggage back down the stairs to a company car.... packed my luggage into the back seat of the small company car to finally be driven to the rental unit. Despite the above summary, I would definitely rent from them again..... now that I know what to expect. The place was overall clean and very spacious.

Nice room.

Parking isn't great, you could use some drying racks in the room, and maybe a moveable bedside table. The 'headboard' is nice, but difficult to set a clock/alarm on and see at night. Designate an area for motorcycle parking and pave it. The parking lot's loose dirt makes it difficult to find a spot where the bike kickstand won't sink into the dirt. When I did, someone pulled right up to the front of my bike so I couldn't get out. A small area where bikes can pull into and face outward for easy access. We have no reverse and the parking lot is all loose dirt and gravel.

I appreciate the ease of booking and the extra care that was taken to make sure I knew where to go when my flight was delayed and I had an unexpected very late arrival to Fairbanks. Someone was always there to answer the phone no matter what hour I called.....It really is the little things that makes all the difference. Both of their locations, 7 Gables and Abbey Archway are a true home like feel. Of course, it's not The Hilton, nor does it claim to be. It really is as plushy as it gets, with that home sweet home vibe. And who wouldn't love that!?! One more thing that was very accommodating was when I moved from 7 Gables to Abbey Archway. Leisha, the owner made it very smooth and efficient I was able to literally check out around noon at 7 Gables and move right to a clean room at The Archway (equipped with a fully functional kitchen/ full size appliances and even heated flooring) immediately after. I didn't have to wait for the 4 pm check-in. Plus the owner drove me to the other location herself, I didn't even have to ask!!!

The Ice/water situation that took up most of the walkway to the door to the building that I was staying in....but you can't help weather!!! No sooner that I mentioned the need for salt on the ice, it was done🥰

Oh-my-goodness, the bathtub (with jets) was AMAZING!! The studio apartment was cozy and comfortable, perfect for my short stay. Love ved having a kitchenette, microwave, stove, coffee maker. Great value!

Check-in was a bit confusing at first. The property is separate where the office is. I was guided by the sign "Abby Archway Inn", and it turned out I was staying at a different place within the same company. Clarification from the very beginning (your reservation is for Abby Archway Inn but you'll be staying at Fairbanks Extended Stays, just around the corner) would have been great. Overall I loved it, and will definitely book again.

Breakfast was great. It included milk, orange juice, quiche (home made by the owner), 4 types of cereals, a danish, ... The owner was very kind, and shared some recommendations so our stay at Fairbanks was pleasant and worth. The room was very wide and the bathroom was new.

The kitchen did not have silverware. The bathroom had a shower at the floor level, which made the whole bathroom's floor to be soaked after the shower.

-The rooms are clean and comfortable. -The room was cleaned daily. -Staff are very friendly and went out of there way to help. -The unit had everything we needed. -Breast-fast was plentiful, each day there were home made breads/ muffins.

-No elevator ( we had heavy bags and our unit was on the third floor). I’m told that they are in the progress of getting one installed. -To access the breakfast, you have to climb a set of stairs that are outside the building. -The office requires a set of stairs. (With-all this said, the place is a hidden gem! The cost of the unit is impressive and breakfast is included.

Everyone left me alone, plenty of space, kitchen was perfect for my needs, bed comfortable, plenty of parking close to my building, hot water gets hot and there was plenty of it

Couldn't figure out how to use the window shade, but I didn't ask for help either. Curtains worked

The price for what we got at the last minute was awesome. The room was large and comfortable the staff was freindly and helpful. The bottom line have tyou ever had plans change or simply after a long trip just needed a place to lay your head and take a showr albeit clean and not a dump, here you go. It was eclectic but adequate and comfortable, and frankly I have stayed in many lodgings in Fairbanks they honest get a lot more expensive but not better.

Check in was a little clunky as I used Booking and thus they were unsure which room or where in the multiple buildings. The place is dated but very clean.

The room was comfy with everything you need to cook etc . Very friendly and helpful staff, the things to do sheet was great. Could easily stay another 2 days as our 2 days was not enough. Fairbanks has a lot to offer and nearby areas. Highly recommend this hotel on a tight budget. Breakfast was an added bonus, although you had to travel around the block for the breakfast building as we had studio apartment in a different location to main premises. Would stay again.
