Absolutely LOVED the breakfast!! The room was clean and comfortable. ONLY issue we had was that I came down stairs to tell the staff that our tv wasn't working for some reason, and I had to stand there in front of the young gal for quite a while. She was on the phone, talking extremely quiet. I'm not sure if it was a personal phone call or a business one, BUT, she NEVER acknowledged me in the slightest to even let me know she saw me! I have managed hotels before and that irritated me and got under my skin a bit. You should NEVER let a customer just stand there for 15 min+ without even acknowledging that you see them and will be with them as soon as you possibly can. Other than that, the stay was incredible and we WILL be staying with you guys again!!

The hotel room was clean when I arrived and I did not have any issues with checking in. The breakfast downstairs was fairly good, however, I would suggest their hours be open a little later than 9:30. Staff were friendly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the housekeeping crew. When I first arrived to my hotel room, my air conditioning was not cooling. I called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it immediately which was very appreciated. Although it was not 100% fixed, they were able to stop the hot air from blowing and provided a fan to help with the temperature. Overall, I am satisfied.

Breakfast options were great! Staff were very helpful getting into & out of the hotel and room.

The room was a bit snug for an elder in a wheelchair and the beds were too high for the disabled elder to get into. Staff brought us a step stool so the elder could get up on the bed, but the elder was not mobile enough to get near the head of the bed to be able to position herself to lay in a semi-upright position to sleep.

The breakfast was a bit poor. Had to wait for things to come out, it was never stocked fully

For the price this was a great place. The location was away from the road, and a short walk to the Chena River (and the beavers!) and Pioneer Park (open during the summer months). The breakfast had good selection. The hotel was also located well between the airport and downtown, and easy to reach a multitude of destinations. The bed was nice and comfortable.

I wish the pool and fitness room had been open during our stay. Sunday's local paper was provided, but I didn't see any of the other days as the website description suggested--a minor inconvenience, though. Our room had a adjoining door which could have been better insulated, from which we could hear the guests in the other room at times, but everyone respected quiet hours.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was superb. Location was adjacent to a great, safe walking trail...its an older hotel with some wear and tear and hallway noise can be loud, but we would stay again just because the staff was kind, caring and polite.

Its an older hotel that had some aging in the hall and room carpets, but thats all.

The staff was nice. It is what I expected, for the price point. The staff was friendly. It was clean, the pool was fun, we would stay there again.

An older building so little things like the showers were older without great water pressure, but they are working at improvements.

Espresso machine 24/7 with great coffee!! Swimming pool- kids had great time! Pretty good breakfast We came on Holiday so the staff provided us with a list of restaurants open that day!

The Best Western brand has really re-invented itself since I last thought about it compared to the old days. Love the automatic coffee machines and indoor pool! Staff was also very friendly!

The room was very clean and in good condition. The pillows smelled fresh and didn't flatten out as we slept (very important to me). It was quiet and easy to sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was so warm. The fridge was a decent size for our cooler food. The laundry room was clean and the machines were new.

I like having the sink in the bathroom not as part of the bedroom. There were no local channels yet there were 5 channels of shopping with 3 being the same show. No weather channel so we had to trust our phone weather report to plan our day. There were no lamps on the nightstands so you had to walk across the room in the dark after you turned out the lights to go to sleep.
