Due to cancellations, our flight arrived very early in the morning. The shuttle picked us up from the airport, staff rushed getting us a room for check in and allowed us to stay in the lounge and have breakfast.

Our only complaint: the heater was very loud. It seemed to cycle loud to very loud and at -35°, it was running almost constantly.

Very well designed studio king room - counter, mirror, and sink outside the bathroom. Great lighting around mirror. Towel bars and hooks exactly where I wanted them. Ample outlets and USB ports. Numerous counters. Our room felt palatial! We were traveling with A LOT of luggage, and there was plenty of room for everything and enough counters to keep all my travel essentials handy! We didn't feel cramped at all! Highly recommend for anyone who values space, design, and attention to detail.

Water pressure wasn't great Although we LOVED the room, the price seems very high

The daily breakfast was fantastic and truly place a start to a great day, everyday. Large sized room was comfortable and cozy. Parking was easy with plenty of spaces on all sides of the hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, professional and welcoming each and every day. Hot tub and pool area was exceptional.

The only negative, if you will, was the blinds covering the windows. They were automated and to operate them you utilized an up/down switch. The blind came off track often and the button directions didn't correspond with the movement of the blinds. So it you pushed up the blind would go down and vice versus. Being that it was summer and sunlight for 20 hours of the day this was crucial to having a peaceful rest. If the blind had just a tad crack in it the sunlight would shine through and brighten the room. And because the blind came off track often this was the case. My suggestion would be to return to the old fashioned blackout curtains. Slide open for sunlight and slide close for complete darkness. Very simple. No issues, no problems.

Room was spacious location was great breakfast was amazing

The hot tub timer on the wall wasn't working and there were a huge group of kids that were very rowdy and was doing gymnastics on the outside of the pool and being really loud in the pool and then a couple of them came into the pool and started playing I had to nicely tell them they couldn't play in the hot tub that it was for relaxing and they went and told their mom who gave me a dirty look other then those instances it was great

We chose to stay at the Hampton because it has the warmest indoor pool, and it did not disappoint! Coming to Fairbanks from a small rural community, it is always a treat to stay somewhere with a fun option like a pool that isn't available in our small town.

Our only complaint in the room was that not all of the outlets or USB connections were working, and in this day and age where each family member has at least one device that needs to recharge, this was definitely an inconvenience.

Location, price

Not responding to booking.com messages. I messaged a day prior to arriving but no response. When we arrived in Fairbanks, we waited for shuttle but no one came. Only that time we called the hotel and that is the only time we came to know that they don’t have access to messages

front desk staff showed extra effort trying to help and accommodate us. had a shuttle but only to and from airport. has nice laundry facilities. very clean, comfy beds and rooms. had a nice safe bench for smokers in front of hotel. they let us have late check out with no problem.

the hot tub broke the first day we got there and was broke the entire stay. I wish their shuttle took guests other places than just the airport. breakfast was good some of the days but some days it was not so good. I have had way better breakfasts at other Hampton inns all over the US , including the one in Anchorage.

This facility was our best stay for our whole trip in Alaska that also took us to Anchorage and Denali National Park. The entire Inn/Suites was clean and our room was clean as well. We liked they have A/C so up north and have two sets of window shades. Breakfast was excellent as well. The facility is located close to major road and businesses like Costco.

Not that I can think of

It´s a beautiful place with nice ammenities. The pool and whirpool area is nice and quiet. We had an upgrade and despite our first room was nice, the second one was awsome! The breakfast was nice and the lady in charge very kind!

Nicely appointed rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Good location.

A bit slow at check into our four rooms for family, but very professional and courteous.
