The location to items of interest in the city was great. Lavelle restaurant was great! Appreciate the friendliness of the chef to engage with appreciative diners. Food was excellent. Loved the Caesar salad. Pot stickers, etc. Hostess was so nice and accommodative! Encourage guests to visit visitors center and the museum at the University. Excellent exhibits and videos.

The sign on front desk with information on that days aurora probabilities need to have a date and time on the top. Occasionally it was for the prior day. Consider having a 3 ring binder with a map with names of restaurants with their menus. Ditto for companies that offer special tours, aurora oriented, mushing and snowmobiling etc. Move the brochures that you have to a more traveled location in the hotel.

I was told I could have late checkout based on availability. When I arrived, I was told I could only have late checkout if I was a bonvoy member. She said they get late checkout starting at 1 based on status. I found my bonvoy number and then she said she would only give me late checkout until 12:30, which was only an extra 30 minutes.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Could easily walk to various restaurants.

While food in Lavelle Bistro was excellent, it was so hot in restaurant it was difficult to fully enjoy.

The location was excellent. It is between the Chena River and old town Fairbanks. Lots of free parking when we got our car. The breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from.

I would have like to be on a higher floor. For some reason, they gave us one of the handicap configured rooms. We didn't ask to change.

Perfect location. Good food close by. Very comfortable and the front desk was very helpful. Nice breakfast. Felt very safe and it has a pool which others with children used and thought it was great!

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. comfortable suite.

Construction during the day. I was aware of this prior to staying there but chose to anyway and it was only a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was delicious. The room was very spacious, modern, and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was unexpectedly good! The hotel has a shuttle that can pick you up at the airport, which was very nice and the driver was wonderful.

The large size of the rooms plus the excellent staff.

The breakfast buffet was a bit of a let down. It wasn’t kept replenished properly.
