The location is great. Most of the staff was nice, Tatiana was great! Very helpful and kind. The beds are comfortable and it was clean.

Breakfast should have more options, ham and cheese for example. Also having a shuttle from the airport would be very helpful because we arrived at 12 am and was difficult to catch an Uber or a regular taxi. We were there more than 1 hour until we got a taxi. The heater in the room was super noisy, you get used to it but it’s not nice. You don’t have the choice to turn it off because it was very cold.

Breakfast was great and staff was excellent. The room was clean when we arrived and very warm for the frigid temperatures outside. They offered a taxi from the airport however we were all set with a rental .

If there was anything that could be better we had quite of bit of noise from some kids running around in the room above us but it was very minor as it didn’t last long every night. Breakfast served till 10 would be nicer also.

The breakfast was amazing. Every day we had some thing a little different and that was wonderful too. Whether it was bacon or sausage or eggs that were scrambled or made into an omelette. Everything was exceptional. Coffee was good. Juices were good and the staff people were always there to refill or accommodate. I was extremely impressed with our room the staff, their helpfulness and kindness, you have an amazing group of people that work for you at the CLARiiON.

Sorry, I can’t help you here, we couldn’t complain about anything even if we tried.

The property is good, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Perfect location. Maybe the staff could be better informed, although they are all very friendly.

Lack of information from the reception; some staff members didn’t know how to solve problems.

Very spacious room. Could use some updates but there wasn't anything out of order. Great breakfast the first morning. Second day was just satisfactory but again, no complaints. I probably would have called it good but the first mornings biscuits and gravy made everything else lack luster. Staff kept things well stocked.

Beds were very comfortable. Microwave in room and limited meals available in Office area to heat in your room. Tea and coffee available in Office area 24/7. Walk to "Downtown" area and bus stop near hotel to main shops. Be aware the bus does not run at weekends.

Not many restaurants in the area.

The location. Breakfast was good too

They said they clean the room every 3 days, but didn’t. They skipped the day the room was supposed to be clean, and the next day, they just collected the trash, replaced the towels, collected the used ones. They didn’t clean the room and make the bed.

Breakfast was good and staff were knowledgeable. The room was clean and the deck was a great place to get sun rise pictures.

The room would not stay cool. That was the only issue in our entire stay. It was still warm even with the window open.

Close to downtown, the hotel room was a nice size with two queens, microwave, and a large refrigerator. Breakfast was adequate and we had a nice dinner at the bar. Very happy with our choice.

Little to dislike. The breakfast was typical for these kind of hotels.

The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to stores, gas stations, and food. All of the staff are very friendly. Great hot breakfast with different options each day. Nice bar and restaurant with great food. Nice gym. Nice laundry facilities.
