The place could use an update but I don't think they have much down time to remodel for the money it was excellent..we had some problems with the bathtub draining other than that was soooo much for the money. My wife and I will definitely be staying here everytime we come through flagstaff. We have stayed at other area motels throughout the years of traveling here. This was by far the best.

There wasn't anything other than it being updated and the bathtub not draining which could happen anywhere . The pros way over weighed the small thing's

When we arrived, we were advised that we would not be able to pay for our room with cash. This was by my surprise. The manager quickly took over and assisted me with ideas on how to move the cash to a card so that we may check in. The breakfast was excellent!

Card only site. I understand keeping a card on file in case we were to damage the room etc. but not allowing to pay in mostly cash was unexpected and added additional check in time after an 18-hour card ride with four kids and a dog. Thank goodness for your AWESOME manager, I almost left.

Great breakfast and Happy Hour. Nice location; centrally located. Could walk to most places. Great view of the peaks.

Toilet seat would not stay up. Room really needed an update. Suite door didn’t close. Outlets need to be updated to accept charging cords. Furniture was frayed. I wasn’t aware there was a $10 charge for parking per day. That’s bogus!

The breakfast is great and very tasty! More then enough for my big family. The staff is very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Location is great, very close to all shops and has a lot of close food locations for dinner. Room size was good and very comfortable.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and wasn't able to sleep during stay.

Of course the friendly service from the front desk, bartenders, cooking staff, housekeeping, all were amazing. The evening drinks and snacks really is a great idea and our kids love it as much as the adults.

The only reason we have a 9 is because we needed more towels as we had 5 in a room and only had 3 towels. They didn’t have any at the time.

I liked the separate living area from the bedroom area. I also liked the sink area outside of the bathroom area so that 2 people could be getting ready at the same time. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good too.

Location. it was a bit congested right around the entrance due to a close traffic light. NO other complaints.

It was not far from Northern Arizona University, walmart, or a couple good fast foods because a majority was a good walking distance.

It can be easily missed especially if it is dark outside. I arrived in the night time and almost missed the turn.

Breakfast was good, would have liked better pastries. The muffins were stale.

When we arrived my husband asked about the complimentary cocktail in the afternoon and the gal told him that she could give him free water. We missed the complimentary bar.

This location has a COMPLEMENTARY happy hour with two drinks per adult and little snacks. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The beautiful red haired front desk lady was extremely helpful and made our stay a lot nicer.

The door to the bedroom was a little stiff to move.

I experienced great improvement with my back, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations.

I had a great time during my one-night stay! I really wished I could have enjoyed the other amenities.
