The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. This is a "don't judge a book by it's cover" type of place. the exterior has a fair amount of wear, but the interior was just as nice as any Hampton in I have stayed at. Room also had a microwave and refrigerator, which is not common in inexpensive motels I have stayed at. We were also able to walk to dinner and to shopping.

It would have been nice to have a little bit more of the free soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. though when we did need more, the front desk was happy to provide more without charge.

WoW!, Mike is a number 1 dude! He is very customer service oriented! He informed us about the nearby Observatory & Sedona. Since we had never went to Sedona, we did go the next morning. It's worth the 45 min drive to see the scenic beauty. We only stayed for 1 night, driving through to CA. This cute motel is all that you will want if you like small motels, with access to your car being parked right in front of your room! This area might be considered the heart of Flagstaff, businesses are in walking distance, also it's minutes from downtown. Definitely would stay again!

Great place for an amazing price, very affordable and the staff are so incredibly friendly that they even remembered my name. Dropping off the key is always easy and if you catch a staff member outside they are always more than happy to pick up the key from you to save you some time. The room was comfy and always has clean beds in a decently sized room with a fridge and even a microwave.

The free shampoo bottles are a little small, but thats the case in any hotel, I believe if you just asked the staff they would be more than happy to give you some more. So I don't think there was really anything I didnt like.

Qiet!! 1 level complex. Perpendicular to road & not too close to train. 2 minute walk to coffeeshop. 5 minute walk to fun historical downtown. Very clean large room. Friendly staff's visibility was helpful.

Guests prefer white towels. The hotel should stop using colored towels. Bigger towels have also become the norm. Its time for hotel to upgrade all towels.

Location was walking distance to very good Indian restaurant and to the Arbrey Auditorium on the Northern Arizona University Campus (where I attended the Flagstaff Symphony concert). Room was clean -- a convenient place to sleep and eat. I did notice the trains go by on occasion, but I know Flagstaff is there because of trains and highways.

The closet arrangement in front of the heater/AC isn't convenient. Need to finish assembly of new side tables (reverse the handles from inside the drawers); a list of TV channels would be helpful.

This is a great little hidden gem of a motel tucked off the main drive on historic Route 66 that we got for a Genius price discount on Booking.com. It is an older hotel that has been freshly renovated. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. The price was great and the staff at the front desk was super friendly and customer service oriented.

A little bit of noise at night from the train that runs behind the hotel but overall not bad.

It was late and I was tired, but the man at the check inn desk was absolutely delightful. Very helpful when telling me about my room, 10/10 customer service skills. The room was nice and clean, I was able to take a very good shower and slip right into bed. Loved the A.C.

Things were a little loud, like the creak of the metal box spring, but nothing over the top.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived close to midnight and were able to check in with our dog in tow with no issues. All policies were laid out up front with no hidden costs. Location is amazing! Quarter mile shortcut to NAU for breakfast and library use was unbeatable. The room had the basics - beds, towels, cups. We were there for a quick overnight and I’d go again.

Little things - no coffeemaker :( A tad run down for the price, fridge didn’t get cold, there was only one chair. But honestly this is just nitpicking. We were just fine! I’d byo coffeemaker next time and keep my food in the cooler.

Liked the location, close to the expressway. The room was newly refurbished and very very clean. Simple, but well decorated. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was able to park right in front of my room, which made it easy to Unload suitcases, etc. the value was incredible!

The outside of the hotel could have been kept up a little better.

Beds are very comfortable. Check in person, very extraordinarily, professional, and informative. Facilities clean for the most part. It is very good value for the price. It has a mini fridge and a microwave if you need one.

Just needs a little more updating, but other than that, it was a great stay!
