I have truly never stayed in a cleaner hotel. We always choose 4 and 5 star hotels, but this place was immaculate! As a mega germaphobe, this was so very much appreciated. Everyone was so kind and all the guests seemed happy to be there. We stayed at some hotels almost twice as much during this spring break trip, including one with a lazy river and water slides, but my kids all loved this hotel the best! Super easy to get to dinner options as well.

The one thing that baffled us was the design of the shower with the half door. It absolutely flooded the bathroom. Thankfully, we had extra towels from swimming.

Location was ideal. The staff was attentive and clearly focused on the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was diverse and had something for everyone. The staff attending to the breakfast room provided outstanding service! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and the room was quiet even during graduation weekend we never heard anything.

The lights in the bathroom and closet area could be a little brighter.

We were staying overnight as the location is perfect for catching the Amtrak. Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. We travel Amtrak on a fairly regular basis and we will be booking this location every time! If you are just visiting Flagstaff, the location is absolutely the best for being able to walk historic downtown, get to all of the great places to eat, and being able to take advantage of all that Flagstaff has to offer.

Very central, near Amtrak station in our case. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great spacious room. Not only spotless clean but everything appears brand new. Varied breakfast, hot and cold. Coffee/tea/chocolate available all day long. We didn’t use them but: pool, hot tub and exercise room. Even laundry room and outdoors barbecue facility!

We liked that there was a kitchen and eating utensils along with bowls and pots if wanting to cook. We did not cook, but it was nice to have. We used plates and eating utensils.

Our room, two queen bed studio, did not have a bathtub. We knew this when we booked and I know it is not an option for the room type. It's the only thing I would change if could change, but we know what we booked.

The room was super comfy. Everything was great inside and out. Perfect location close to downtown. Staff was friendly. Parking was nice and right across the street. It's nice to have a full size fridge. Our room had a view of the park, which I loved.

We had to pay $100 for a pet fee, when it wasn't advertized through THIS website (booking.com). It was a complete surprise when we went up to check in and we had to pay the $100, after we had already paid for the room. That's a pretty high fee for one night. $30-$50 would be more reasonable. More importantly, it should have been part of the initial price, or explained on the site so it wasn't a surprise as we checked in.

Property is very conveniently located. You can walk to the downtown area easily where there are many restaurants, bars, breweries, shops, entertainment, etc. Staff was excellent, very attentive and accommodating. Hot breakfast daily was excellent. Room was set up perfect and was spotless. As was the entire hotel.

Road noise was very loud. We moved rooms after not sleeping the first night. We also had a problem with our freezer making an incessant knocking noise. The 2nd room was quieter but when the people in the next room walked, our entire floor vibrated.

Would have rated higher, except I was overcharged for parking. I had 1 car and stayed 1 night. I had 2 rooms. I was charged $9 for parking for EACH room. Thus double charged for parking. 1 car for 1 night = $9, not $18. Rather pissed off about that.

Double charged for parking. Would have rated exceptional, nice building, nice room with relatively new furniture, good friendly staff. All offset by double charge for parking. Seems petty and unprofessional.

Room was a great size, comfortable, perfect little kitchenette, nice PILLOWS!! Front desk staff was fast, helpful and courteous, provided suggestions and a great Map.

Breakfast a bit blah, repetitive daily, there was ample food and the staff were great, The flavored water was always available and AMAZING
