When we first arrived we had two problems with our television but they were both quickly fixed (one fixed by providing fresh batteries in the remote). Once that was done all was well. The accommodation is on Route 66, which was very busy but we heard no noise. Breakfast was in the reception area and the staff were busy the whole time making sure everything was kept filled. The hot food was pancakes, made by those who wanted them, and was very popular. We stayed here twice, spending the time between at another city.

There were still no sheer curtains in our room so it didn't feel private. There were only two low tables in the breakfast area. All the others were taller, with tall seats, so were not comfortable for everyone, especially older people or those with a disability.

Best indoor pool & jacuzzi! I'll stay again just for that! Nice large rooms. Charming older fixtures in bathrooms for nostalgic vibe, but very large and useful. Microwave, single coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in every room. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Cold hard boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurts and cereal. Microwave available in breakfast area. Easy parking right by your front door. Nostalgic classic old route 66 motel style. Dairy queen, Goodwill store, walgreens, Chick-fil-A in walking distance. I will stay here many more times!

Everything was excellent!

The room was fine and adequate for the couple of nights we spent there. Breakfast was good and although we never used the pool, it looked great. Free parking was great , even better if you could find a space outside your room. The location of the hotel was handy for visiting the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (about 11/2 hours away) & the rest of Flagstaff.

The hotel is situated at a busy junction and even though our room was about as far away as possible from the road , we could still hear traffic noise throughout the night. The breakfast area was relatively small and can get busy. The decor was a bit dated, but not horrendously so.

My son and I were driving across country with his dog and cat. The super surprise this in every way all good great value convenient location lots of good food and drink options in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue with the property is that the walls are in when your neighbors come to their room you can hear them through the walls if they happen to be enjoying themselves it is loud. We’re still able to sleep. Still enjoyed our stay, but that would be my only issue.

The location was excellent, a short walk into the centre of Flagstaff. The room was large, clean and everything worked. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, constantly re-stocked and conveniently located in reception. Coffee and juice were available in reception at all times. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus, all the facilities were a little dated they were clean and usable.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area. I would also definitely consider coming back. We used the pool daily and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Considering the price of the hotel I really couldn’t fault it. It was easy to find the room was as expected but clean and comfortable. We could park outside and didn’t have any issues with noise from other people. I have a dairy allergy and the staff were very accommodating and showed me all the packaging for the free breakfast so I could ensure I was eating dairy free food.

Centrally located, it made getting to the pine cone drop a easy. It also made accessing the highway to Sedona and Coconino National Forest hikes pretty easy. There was plenty of parking and free water, juice, tea and coffee available 24/7. The front desk was always staffed and they were very helpful. The room was as pictured and the beds were comfortable. The room had a mini fridge, TV and microwave.

The light switch for the bathroom was on the outside so it lit up the room at night. The breakfast was pretty simple and mainly consisted of cold foods like (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, two types of cereal). They did have a pancake machine but to me, the texture was a little weird.

We've stayed there only 1 night during our trip to national parks. Everything was OK. Enough space in a room, mini fridge, tv etc. The beds were comfortable. Wealso had a breakfast included, it was ok (yogurts, bread, pancakes, fruits). We liked the fact that they have free tea and coffee during the day, this is really + ! Definitely will stay here when in Flagstaff the next time.

What do I like? Jacuzzi, staff, free coffee/juice all day, fridge. Our fourth time staying at this location, the last 3 coming to drop off or visit our NAU student. Love the locations proximity to the campus as well as downtown. This place may be kinda small and older, but for our purposes its perfect even for our 4 adult family. It is clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely (all of them). The spa is indoors, hot and fairly decent jets (this is important to us). For the price, this place is perfect for us. No frills (except spa) but we only use the room for sleeping and holding out stuff while out playing.

What could be improved? Would like better protein options for the breakfast but this is true for most "continental" type offerings. The hard boiled eggs are kinda weird texture wise. We enjoyed the pancake machine though. Not enough plugs for 4 phones/watches/computer. We ended up buying a multi plug thingy and that worked perfectly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. One night there was a family that was loud until midnight. I called and voiced my concerns and the staff was professional and heard me and the other guest. Treated us both with respect

Possibly a closer ice machine to the handicap accessible rooms and there was a small bump in the room that my husband had a hard time getting up and over to get to the bathroom. Small but manageable.
