The rooms we had were clean and comfortable - the continental breakfast presentation looked good. We just ate some fruit and had brought bagels from home. Several people were eating every morning and filling up all the tables inside lobby and outside, so it seemed to be a hit with the guests. We did not swim but, a few people were in the pool every day. The Hotel is close to several attractions and downtown which is so fun. The weather was awesome. The smell of pine trees in the air was so refreshing. The city is so beautiful - worth a visit.

The fires at Grand Canyon left a sadness in our hearts. We stayed 4 nights - wish we could have stayed longer.

I was honestly really pleased with our stay. Staff was super nice and welcoming, the room was well kept and provided everything we needed and the parking was super convenient. The room was equipped with a tv, fridge, a microwave, 2 queen sized beds, a small area island to eat a meal with a stool to sit, towels, and they even included shampoo and body wash in case you forgot yours. The location is super convenient and a walk away from the Galaxy Diner. They serve continental free breakfast in the morning and It felt safe to stay here. I would definitely stay here again.

The sheets could use a better cleaning but nothing too serious.

When we first arrived we had two problems with our television but they were both quickly fixed (one fixed by providing fresh batteries in the remote). Once that was done all was well. The accommodation is on Route 66, which was very busy but we heard no noise. Breakfast was in the reception area and the staff were busy the whole time making sure everything was kept filled. The hot food was pancakes, made by those who wanted them, and was very popular. We stayed here twice, spending the time between at another city.

There were still no sheer curtains in our room so it didn't feel private. There were only two low tables in the breakfast area. All the others were taller, with tall seats, so were not comfortable for everyone, especially older people or those with a disability.

This was just what we were looking for - a relatively budget location in Flagstaff for a few days as we travelled through and this met everything we needed for a family of four - room was OK size, we didn't use the pool, parking was OK, it wasn't noisy and breakfast was OK. Overall great locatio0n for us though if you want to do Sedona, Grand Canyon etc.

Nothing negative - it met what we expected for the money. If anything the breakfast was actually better than we expected.

Best indoor pool & jacuzzi! I'll stay again just for that! Nice large rooms. Charming older fixtures in bathrooms for nostalgic vibe, but very large and useful. Microwave, single coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in every room. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Cold hard boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, yogurts and cereal. Microwave available in breakfast area. Easy parking right by your front door. Nostalgic classic old route 66 motel style. Dairy queen, Goodwill store, walgreens, Chick-fil-A in walking distance. I will stay here many more times!

Everything was excellent!

The room was fine and adequate for the couple of nights we spent there. Breakfast was good and although we never used the pool, it looked great. Free parking was great , even better if you could find a space outside your room. The location of the hotel was handy for visiting the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (about 11/2 hours away) & the rest of Flagstaff.

The hotel is situated at a busy junction and even though our room was about as far away as possible from the road , we could still hear traffic noise throughout the night. The breakfast area was relatively small and can get busy. The decor was a bit dated, but not horrendously so.

The placement of the hotel ease of access to the NAU campus (walking distance directly across the street) to being 10min walk from downtown

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. The a/c placement was behind a wall making it very stuffy at times. However, I think this was just room placement, as I noticed many other rooms with vents facing the outside area. Mine wasn't like this as I was at the very end near the ice machine and laundry facilities.

The pool was the highlight for our kids. It was the perfect temperature to jump into after being in the hot sun all day. The hot tub was also very clean and perfect temp. Breakfast in the lobby was super appreciated before we headed out for the day.

The bathroom was the least desirable part of the experience. The faucet was very loose in the shower. Bathroom felt a little bit dirtier than the nicer places we stayed on our trip.

My son and I were driving across country with his dog and cat. The super surprise this in every way all good great value convenient location lots of good food and drink options in the immediate area. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only issue with the property is that the walls are in when your neighbors come to their room you can hear them through the walls if they happen to be enjoying themselves it is loud. We’re still able to sleep. Still enjoyed our stay, but that would be my only issue.

The location was excellent, a short walk into the centre of Flagstaff. The room was large, clean and everything worked. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, constantly re-stocked and conveniently located in reception. Coffee and juice were available in reception at all times. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus, all the facilities were a little dated they were clean and usable.

It was all fine.
