The Breakfast was good, room was decent, room service never entered our room at our request, location was great too!

Clerk at check in was extremely difficult, new, or didn't know how to make checking in easy nor stress free. He continued to demand pay, saying that our room hadn't been paid for and that we had 2 reservations; one paid and one not paid. He never asked us do we have 2 reservations , nor mentioned that 1 of the reservations had been paid. Just insisted on us paying, when we had only 1 reservations and that it had been booked through a 3rd party and paid for in full. Even had me call the 3rd party, mind you this was at was at 2am after a 25 hour drive! Very frustrating when all he had to do was ask do you have 2 reservations?

One of the most pleasant hotels on our trip. Extremely nice receptionist Adriana (including her colleague who trained her). Decently equipped gym - compared to other much larger hotels it was very good. Can't compare it to a commercial gym of course, but fully adequate for a hotel. Smaller indoor pool where one can have a great relaxation. Breakfast was quite sufficient and kept being replenished until the very end. We used the hotel as a stopover on our way out of the Grand Canyon and continued on to Sedona in the morning. Right next to the hotel (and within walking distance) is a Walmart, where you can get really anything. I can definitely recommend the hotel highly.

We were traveling with our pet dog. The King Suite was perfect for us. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choices that we ate something different each morning. We are definitely coming back.

The bed was made so the sheets and blankets were only 2/3rds up the length of the bed. We just untucked the bedding so it could be pulled up to cover our shoulders.

Everything was perfect! The bed is comfortable, the sofa for our granddaughter with that pull-out trundle bed underneath was wonderful. It was a very enjoyable experience. The breakfast was excellent.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. I would have preferred that the bathroom shower and toilet area had a door to separate that from the dressing room area so one person could be in the dressing room putting on makeup doing the hair while another would be in the shower or the toilet. But it was wonderful.

Plenty of room for the five of us in the room, all clean, super comfy beds. We loved that the pool was inside and warm as the temperatures outside wouldn’t have been okay for swimming outdoors.

As for previous Marriott hotel we visited in California, I do not understand the decision to use single-use dishes for serving breakfast. This is such an unacceptable source of waste production for me personally.

The checkout clerk was wonderful. I wish I remembered her name (Alyssa?) so I could say thank you for being excellent at accommodating the guests. The breakfast bar setup exceeded my expectations, there were so many options!

We like having a place to sit that isn't a bed and will pay a bit more for it. Springhill is pretty consistent, hotel to hotel across various states and always has you in a safe location.

Seemed a bit impersonal.

The room was nice. The breakfast was very good, and the hostess kept the coffee and food items well stocked.

The room was very poorly lit. It seemed as though they were worried about the electric usage. Otherwise, what was the reason for such low wattage bulbs. I could not read a book without sitting by the desk, and using the desk lamp. The charge was $8/day for parking??? This was not a hotel in the middle of a downtown that used a public parking ramp. they had their own lot. Their "reasoning" was that they were close to the college. There would be no reason whatsoever that college students would need or want to park there. Also, we had to change room after our first night. The people across the hall left their barking dog in their room while not in attendance.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Room was clean and comfortable. The gym and pool area were very nice and clean.

The price per night was a little on the expensive side.
