I liked that the room didn't smell old. The wood laminated flooring way better than carpet. We weren't afraid to walk on with socks. Bathroom descent as well. Beds were fine since we were there for one night. Not too soft and not hard. Don't mind staying here again. Breakfast was great also, variety to choose from Breakfast sandwiches, burritos, waffles, yogurt and fruits. Juices, bagels, cereal and juices.

Couldn't figure out the ac and how to keep it on auto even though buttons are marked. Didn't want to bother front desk about it.

It was very clean!!! The rooms are beautifully updated and the pool was working--we were on a 2 week road trip and several pools were closed, but not this one! We also requested to change to a first floor room instead of the 2nd floor one that we'd been assigned, due to knee issues I was having, and the manager graciously did that.

The only concern is that we were there as a family with 2 teenage girls and this hotel is preferred by construction workers, so it was a bit intimidating for my girls to be around so many men. Everything was fine, we were just expecting to see other families instead.

Location.. friendly staff ..First time staying here .it was nice ..plus a .comfy bed..thank you!

A left over dirty towel was on the closet shelf..please Housekeeper/s recheck the room . Thanks . Fyi #218 door needs new weather stripping ..bottom of the door pretty worn ..cold air coming in ..dust / dirt if it's a windy day.

The rooms are standard, clean, and OK value. Easy parking.

The lowest toilet I've ever seen in a motel. Noisy bathroom fan. Toilet seat very loose; I fixed it. Shower handle also loose. Shower takes 5 minutes to get hot, a terrible waste of water in Flagstaff. Room overhead could be heard easily, even though occupant was not being unreasonable. Coffee is pre-brewed and tastes awful.

We have stayed here before and liked it then so we returned. Decent value, clean room - I would definitely come here again.

Our room was tucked down a dark hallway. You enter your room from outside and we happened to be down a covered walkway - just dark even though it was daylight. Weird but fine. The pool appeared to be closed but we had no time on this visit to use anyway.

This hotel was exceptional! I was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The location was prime, lots of restaurants and stores very close. Walmart is right across the street! I love the look and feel of this hotel. Felt safe and was a great stay. Bed was comfortable and the shower was big and spacious. WIll stay here again.

NOTHING this was an amazing hotel. I have nothing negative to say about this fine place.

We liked the location. The parking had an EV charging station and another Tesla station nearby. There were also shopping points within walking distance for our food and water supplies. We chose this location to be able to do GC and Horseshoe with Flagstaff as our resting point.

Their breakfast options were quite limited. Eggs should be included.

The room is clean and renovated. The hotel is across from Walmart, and getting essentials is easy. The breakfast is not great, but it will do if you need something to eat before hitting the road. They have toast, cereal, juice, coffee, and tea. There are also a couple of choices of breakfast burritos. Cofee, tea, and juices in the breakfast area are available for guests any time. It's close to a busy highway but surprisingly quite inside the room which is really good if you want a good night sleep. The parking is free and they have a seasonal swimming pool for the guests to use. It's a good choice for the money.

The breakfast is nothing to be excited about. Very few choices but for the price of the hotel room, I'm glad they are still offering breakfast and drinks.

The Queen Suite was a fantastic size for my family of giants. The location was conveniently located and we were able to stock-up on vacation supplies across the road at Walmart. The facility seemed to be in decent repair. The breakfast burritos were tasty.

The shower took 5 minutes to get warmer than ice cubes. There was a noise that we heard the entire night, sounded like water running into an ice-maker, or similar, that kept me awake all night long. 🥺🤷‍♀️😢 The Continental breakfast items were gone by 730 when breakfast was supposed to be 6-9am.

The rooms were very comfortable, the location was great with stores in front of it, near the places I needed to go to, and the coffee was great. It's definitely the best coffee I've had of all the hotels I've stayed. I will certainly visit this hotel in the future.

The floor was a little dusty, and the towels smelled funny when I arrived, but other than that, it was great and clean.
