The location is most convenient with useful outlets within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally good and kind. They were willing to help and attentive. The interior of the rooms were appealing. The hotel was clean and the overall stay was very pleasant.

I would have preferred a microwave in the room. Somehow, I could hear the steps and the sounds of doors being closed quite noticeably to my room. My room was facing the car park and at one point there was a noisy chat outside which was a bit disturbing but that vanished after some time. Next time, I would take a room in an upper floor. Regardless, I would still come back to this Hotel because of the staff and I liked the simple yet pleasing interior.

The location is awesome! It's next to Bashas, Buffalo Wild Wings, and a nice Pho place. The room is spacious enough for two people but not too big. The A/C is spot on and temperature-controlled, and it gets chill pretty fast. The reception was impressive.

The food is not the greatest. I paid through Booking ($35), and the meals covered were like 3, and we ended up paying for everything that we ordered. In my opinion, it is not worth it, it's better to pay at the location if you want to eat there. The TV had only cable, not access to YouTube or other streaming services (the apps were missing, and you could not install them). When we got there, I requested the room to be at the second floor and not next to the elevator. I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to be cleaned (not a big deal, since I arrived 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in window), but in the end, I got the room that I wanted.

We're locals who booked just because we were having some work done on our house and needed a place to stay, so decided to turn it into a mini staycation. That being said, we didn't use a lot of the amenities, like breakfast/the bar in the evening, so I can't speak to that - but thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, how friendly the front desk staff was at check-in, and the view that we had (we were able to see the Peaks outside our window and enjoyed sitting up on the lounge to enjoy the view). I'll definitely be recommending to friends when they pass through town!

I stayed at this hotel on September 27, 1024. Considering the price, the cleanliness exceeded expectations. When I entered the bathroom, I didn’t see a single strand of hair, even when closely inspecting the floor and shower room while sitting on the toilet. The hotel lobby was under renovation, and I’m not sure if the bathrooms were renovated as well, but I was very impressed with the bathroom. The hot water was sufficiently hot, and the water pressure was strong. The marble walls made the bathroom look bright and clean. I was very satisfied with my stay, and this was a great place to rest before heading to the Grand Canyon and Page Town.

It would be even better if a easy hair dryer could be provided, like those wall-mounted ones.

The room was spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. The building was clean and looks remodeled. Parts of it seems like it's still getting finished up, but no disruption to our quick one-night stay. We were also not very far from many good restaurants in town. The area felt quiet and safe. In the morning, we came down at around 9AM and the front desk staff kindly brought out some bagels especially for us as they had put them away already, along with cream cheese and coffee. The coffee and milk are refillable. Small but functional continental breakfast area. The staff was doing a great job cleaning the area as well as we finished our breakfast.

There were no elevators, so I had to carry some heavy luggages up the stairs. Not a big issue considering it's a small Inn.

Staff was excellent, my mother who is 91 and I in my 60's were late in checking out but everyone was kind and understanding and insisted on helping us carry all our bags. It didn't make us feel as if they were hurrying us out...just genuinely thoughtful. The renovations are spectacular. My only suggestion would be to inform guests of how high the king size beds are...my mom had a tough time at 5'1"tall...as you shouldn't imagine...lol. Thank you for a wonderful experience again. We'll be back ...MM

No waffles !

Extremely clean, comfortable room. Very large, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, large TV, fridge, microwave, a desk and several lamps in addition to overhead lights. Bathroom seemed new with large walk in shower and brightly lit vanity. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nicely stocked. The Wi-Fi was excellent —better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

The only thing I didn’t like was the air conditioning sounded like loud wind and the window could use dark curtains to block out the light at night in addition to the very nice sun shade for daytime.

Hotel is currently undergoing a renovation, the room was clearly recently decorated with some new furniture placed into the rooms. The room was clean and tidy, with the bathroom evidently new. We used the laundry facilities, which were easy to use, however there was only one washer and one dryer, which meant others may have been waiting. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait. The receptionist checking us in was very welcoming and helpful, which was noted.

Re: the renovation, some of the furniture in the hotel room seemed to still be older furniture and looked out of place, however was still in good condition. I am aware the renovation is midway and these items will probably change. The breakfast area was very small, with limited space for people to sit. There was also limited options for breakfast.

The room was a good deal, there wasn't much noise, and the shower pressure was phenomenal. The location was good for visiting the Grand Canyon as well as Sedona. I'd stay here again.

It's worth knowing that they don't seem to have elevators for the 2nd floor, so if navigating stairs would be difficult for you, make sure you book a room on the 1st floor. The breakfast included cereal, baked goods (muffins, bagels, etc.), juice, coffee, oatmeal, etc., but not hot food. This wasn't a problem for me at all, but I know that matters to some people, so I'm including that here.

Awesome bed. The nicest and largest TV we have seen in a hotel! The heating and cooling worked flawlessly. The shower was great, lots of water pressure and the glass doors were beautiful. Room was nice and large for moving around and storing luggage. Carpets were clean.

Very poor breakfast. It was basically a continental breakfast; toast or bagel, cold cereal, packets of oatmeal, one flavor of yogurt , a granola bar and OJ or coffee. They did have small oranges. Some hot cooked food would have been nice, like scrambled eggs or waffles.
