Exceptional customer service from time of check in, during the stay and with check out. Great breakfast options offered every day. Easy to use laundry facilities. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and an overall nice place to stay with a good price.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast selections were many and quite good. I was able to get a good night sleep without train noise. Parking lot was quite full, but we still were able to find a space to park.

I had to wait a long time for them to refill the bacon during breakfast. In fact, I had to ask for it. Maybe a better approach would be to only put out a small amount but refill it often. When it is full, people tend to take too much. Also, a grab bar in the shower would be helpful.

The Comfort Inn is elevated on a small hill which allows for some nice views when facing towards the mountain. The dinning and lounge seating area takes advantage of peeks through the trees and mountains which makes it a great place to relax during the visit. Also the was a small seating area on the 2nd floor with similar view. Hotel staff were outstanding in their friendly and accommodating manner. Rooms were large and clean and had everything you I needed including a desk and microwave. I even felt I could work and relax in my room.

The breakfast was good but the bacon not so great but it’s not a 4 star restaurant. It was really not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was great, exactly what we needed to get us going for the drive home. We loved the location, easy to find and centrally located, close to a beautiful college campus and within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping.

I can't think of anything that bothered me or that we were dissatisfied with. The room met our expectations. I liked the fact that the sink was separate from the shower. The breakfast was great and had a nice variety of foods to choose from. The room was a nice space with a couch and comfortable bed.

So quiet! I slept wonderfully in the comfy bed.

The location of this hotel is excellent, you are close to Walmart and many restaurants. It’s a nice, quiet area and feels safe. It’s only an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon so it’s a good option if you are considering visiting. I chose the cheapest room and it was quite comfortable and spacious. Smart tv, fridge, sink, microwave. exceptional cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the fireplace area is beautiful. I love it!

You can hear everything, the walls are quite thin.

Loved the choices at breakfast. There was only one lady to keep up with the hungry hordes and she never stopped moving. The ambiance, with the mountain cabin furniture and large windows made for a pleasant start to the day.

It was homecoming weekend so the room price was on the high side. We weren't there for that event, and understand basic economics (demand versus supply) so we got it and as it was a nice property, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed along with welcoming staff, all things considered, we were more than satisfied.

We Enjoyed our stay. It felt Cozy and relaxing and loved sitting next to the fireplace. We also liked That coffee, tea and Hot Chocolate are available at any time in the lobby. The rooms were clean and Staff very Friendly and inviting. Breakfast was great, a good variety. Muffins were delicious and looked forward to them the next day. Great customer service and helped us questions we had on what we could do in town. A lot of great restaurants near and we cant wait to come back.
