Exceptional customer service from time of check in, during the stay and with check out. Great breakfast options offered every day. Easy to use laundry facilities. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and an overall nice place to stay with a good price.

The location of this hotel is excellent, you are close to Walmart and many restaurants. It’s a nice, quiet area and feels safe. It’s only an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon so it’s a good option if you are considering visiting. I chose the cheapest room and it was quite comfortable and spacious. Smart tv, fridge, sink, microwave. exceptional cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the fireplace area is beautiful. I love it!

You can hear everything, the walls are quite thin.

Loved the choices at breakfast. There was only one lady to keep up with the hungry hordes and she never stopped moving. The ambiance, with the mountain cabin furniture and large windows made for a pleasant start to the day.

It was homecoming weekend so the room price was on the high side. We weren't there for that event, and understand basic economics (demand versus supply) so we got it and as it was a nice property, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed along with welcoming staff, all things considered, we were more than satisfied.

We Enjoyed our stay. It felt Cozy and relaxing and loved sitting next to the fireplace. We also liked That coffee, tea and Hot Chocolate are available at any time in the lobby. The rooms were clean and Staff very Friendly and inviting. Breakfast was great, a good variety. Muffins were delicious and looked forward to them the next day. Great customer service and helped us questions we had on what we could do in town. A lot of great restaurants near and we cant wait to come back.

It wasn’t easy to access without a car

Everything in my stay was easy, from checking in to finding the room to a good night’s sleep. The location was a short way from the freeway and from the main highway leading to points north. Within a few blocks there were multiple retail and commercial businesses and several restaurants—if you like spirits I recommend the Grand Canyon Brewery & Distillery a short way up 89A. The motel had warm cookies in the afternoon which were an unexpected and tasty benefit.

There was too much local road noise to sleep with the window open.

I liked the fact that hotel looked like an alpine one, the launch area was very nice, it had a big TV, deer head hanging, and it was very cozy. This is also the area where we ate breakfast. Breakfast was great. Staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable and willing to help. They had trolleys to help with luggage.

I wish there was a way that queen beds can be pushed together and that they can provide a roller bed if asked without the need to be upgraded.

It quite pleasant experience. The great assortment of food. I had the great pleasure to bond with brother with making waffles. He please for the food in the morning. For being our first hotel experience. It was quite memorable for the fam.

I have nothing to say ill about the place. Since it has first time booking hotel. If coming in from highway to be careful to turn and enter. It is completely out of hotel’s hands but I think it important advice to on coming traveler.
