The common area was really great, the fire pits and cornhole are awesome. My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. All the facilities were well kept. Rooms were clean and it was so nice not having to ask for the room to be serviced. Though small I can say the bed was comfortable as far as"feel" was concerned.

The beds are tiny. Definitely a full not queen but I guess that's what a "double" bed is. Also wish they provided a free breakfast

Check in was easy, onsite parking, the bar/cafe was a fantastic value. I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of drinks and food. We knew the outdoor area was nice based on pictures, but that part honestly exceeded our expectations. We spent a bit of time in the pool, hot tub, and sat around one of the many fire pits. Later we ordered dinner in and ate outside. There were quite a few people enjoy the patio area, but it's so large that you really don't need to cross paths unless you want to. Appreciated that the pool has a restroom in the gated pool area - makes it much easier. Parking onsite was simple and felt safe. We didn't explore Flagstaff much (just passing through), but location to us felt good. They also had Drybar products in the shower which was a pleasant surprise!

It wouldn't deter me from staying again, but I'm not a fan of the half shower door concept. The signage from the street was also easy to miss. We missed the turn the first time and had to loop back around, but wasn't the end of the world.

The room was nice and clean but the best part of our stay was the staff! They were so friendly and happy. They made me feel like they were happy I was there. They enjoyed their job. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely stay there again!

Bathroom was a little cramped but definitely not a deal breaker.

I can't think of anything that I DIDN'T like! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the texts asking if everything was ok was a nice feature and the beds were SO comfortable. The outdoor area was very well equipped and comfortable. The lobby bar and cafe was very nice. I loved that there was iced lemon water available at all times as well as come common things I might need for food/drinks right in the lobby where I could use them.

The only downside, was if you arrive back at the hotel late in the evening/night, parking was a little bit difficult. But we always found a spot and there were enough access areas to enter the hotel even if our car was farther from our room.

It’s a newly remodeled hotel that has decent amenities. The paid laundry facilities were convenient. The hot tub was steamy and worked well in late December. Pool is closed down in Winter months. Bed was comfortable and the in-room Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods were nice to have. Convenient base location to the Grand Canyon and other attractions.

The first room we were in was near the lobby where they have a nightly happy hour. It was extremely loud with people drinking, playing games, etc. We asked to be moved to a room farther down the hallway away from the noise which they did accommodate. There are no nice views from this hotel. You look at parking lots on both sides. A new hotel being built behind this one is blocking all of the mountain views. Avocado toast we bought left a lot to be desired for $7 plus tax. There was hardly any avocado on it.

New and modern built, with nice pool and area around that can put you in a relaxing mood; comfortable rooms and clean since it's all new building; also helpful staff

we missed the entrance to the parking twice, it should be better indicated because there are 2 roads going that direction and in the traffic it's a nightmare to turn around if missed. Also, I liked the room, but it was next to the laundry room, so we heard the noise during the day, I imagine any other room would have been better.

Manager on duty (sorry, can’t remember his name), was amazing. He was kind and helpful and offered suggestions for dinner and breakfast. He later called our room to check on us and see if we needed anything. He could not have been nicer! Our room was clean and our beds were comfy!

The hotel was a little difficult to get to. There’s new apartment construction next door and road construction on the street. The hotel sits on a hill behind a gas station, so it’s a little awkward to get to.

The room was very modern and well-decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The AC was a bit noisy and kept cycling off and on. However, once I got used to it, the sound resembled the sound of rain and was relaxing.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for our holiday. Even though there was no free breakfast, you really can’t complain because there were lots of nearby food shops. The hotel staff was also great, the place is immaculate. We really loved it! Will definitely consider staying in this place the next time we visit Flagstaff.

When it comes to hotels there’s not many good options to choose from in Flagstaff. But, we enjoyed our stay at this location. The beds were really nice and comfortable. I also liked that they had a microwave, fridge, and huge TV

It could have been more cleaner in the bathroom. They should probably invest in a steamer to clean the floors and curtains.
